I ordered a hitch mount bike rack for Christmas last November, 2018. Living in a rather northern climate, obviously it wasn't used for a couple months. When I finally went to use it, it didn't even fit in a hitch! Initially they told me that I was past the 30 or so days to Say something. After AGAIN Explaining the Situation (cause for delay) and sending them a video showing it not even fitting into the hitch. They Did issue a Full Refund. Though I wanted the Manufacturer's contact, So that I could have a Functional item. 8(

This company is a sham! I ordered an ice crusher that quit working after 2 weeks. When I contacted them first of all it took days for them to get back to me when they finally did they ask me to send them a video of what the ice crusher was doing so I did. There response was to put the ice cube in one at a time or wait until the ice melted before trying to use. WHAT. They do not stand behind there 90 day money back Gurantee as advertised on there Web Page. I would recommend NOT buying from them. I got ripped off by them!

I purchased bar stools and did not pay attention that there are 2 stools in each box. Upon delivery I realized I should have only ordered 1 box ( I only needed 2 stools) That being said I now have 4 stools. The 2nd box has not been opened. I am now on day 6 trying to return 1 box. The customer service is HORRIBLE! The product quality is ok but i expected better. I would not recommend purchasing from this company at all. I am frustrated and disappointed both.

I was concerned about ordering an expensive item from a company I really didn't know but I decided to take a chance. Our experience couldn't have been better. Purchasing from Costway couldn't have been easier, our new pond filter arrived on time and best of all - our pond has never looked so good as you can see from the before and after photos.

After getting nothing but hot air. I contacted Walmart for return. Costway keeps wanting me to do troubleshooting. I knew they were wanting to stall me. I'm contacting bank to reverse charges. Nothing but plastic pieces and blower. My floor fan works better. Walmart is responsible and Walmart was paid. Don't order any of their crap.

My significant other and I purchased and recieved our product without incident. The problem came into play when we unpacked our lounge hammock and began to assemble the item. At that point we noticed the lace up sting that pretty much supports the person sitting inside the hammock was damaged. It looks as though it was cut but still packaged and we ended up with that damaged package. We emailed Costway and never received any information as to how to proceed or what our options were to receive a new support string. I'm totally confused because on the very 1st page of the instruction booklet it says in bold lettering "Do Not return this item contact our friendly customer service department for help first." Well we did and still are right now today waiting on a reply. Did I mention that email was sent over 30 days ago.

Whatever you considering the product and maybe the lower cost absolutely do not purchase from this outfit the products are substandard and there is no help from the company no spare parts for many of the items have a ice maker that quit shortly after the first year all I need is water valve and I was just informed that there's no spare parts after corresponding with the customer service for almost a month back and forth but their generous offer was to sell me another ice maker at the retail price very disappointed not only with the purchase and with myself phone not taking the time to read all the reviews with little more extensive research I am finding out that this is common practice Unsatisfied customer

I ordered a treadmill two weeks ago and received an email today from Costway that the package was "lost in pick up." So they cancelled my order and issued a refund. What does that mean? Lost in pick up? They created a Fed Ex label and never shipped it. Why couldn't they just locate another one in their warehouse instead of canceling the order? I tried to reorder the same treadmill and the price went up from $399.99 to $489.99 and now it's out of stock. This is a scam company.

My husband had to use a rotary tool to grind down screw holes in the kitchen island cart so that we could even begin to put it together. It took us several days to put this maddening item together because we had to modify parts over and over again to make them work. I'll NEVER buy a costway product again. I'd rather pay twice as much for a product from another company. Hassle, hassle, hassle. Never again.

Purchased a kitchen island that was missing the bottoms of BOTH drawers. Tried to contact customer service and still waiting for a reply, and from reading other reviews seems this happens a lot. I see lots of complaints of missing pieces/defective products and unanswered messages to customer service. Purchase from this company at your own risk.

Purchased a "HYET" dual action polisher - exactly what their website shows. Received a "IRONMAN" polisher instead. Contacted company - they provided an odd response - that it was still the same product just a different name? - refunded $10 for my trouble. Started using polisher - obvious the speed controller was defective. Contacted company for replacement/ refund. Company requested a video of the issue which I provided. Again requested a refund Now they say they want to provide the defective part - no indication how its supposed to be repaired. Told me 25-30 days wait time. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company - hopefully will get a refund. PS - they still are advertising the wrong product - different than what I got.

Ordered on May 1st and immediately they took my money. Next day received shipping info via UPS. As of today May 19th Ithe tracking has not moved from initial scan. Emailed customer service several times and they were vague and asked me to wait. I had to file a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. Their explanation was that the package must have gotten lost by UPS. Terrible customer service. If you don't need these kind of headaches stay away from Costway. This was my first experience with them and my last.

I bought and assembled this set back in February, on the 17th. I just noticed that the wicker parts are disintegrating in my hands. It is literally cracking and breaking, crumbling to the touch. This is not acceptable by any means. It is patio furniture and should be okay outside but less than 6 months later it is deteriorating under gentle touch.

I ordered outdoor furniture from them and the quality was extremely poor. The screw holes did not lineup and the material was coming off. I have sent several emails asking for my refund and they keep coming back offering me a discount when their product is not even usable.

The frame to the love seat Part"C" came damaged on May 6. (All bent and out of alignment) After leaving eight emails and 10 voicemails I finally get somebody to get back to me after five days. They issue me a FedEx label stating the replacement will be here by today, Friday 5/15, Meanwhile it hasn't even left the warehouse. After calling and waiting on hold waiting For 1-1/2 another 3x's I just get hung up on when I call the service number. Finally, I've had Jasmine, And Monica, Two representatives of costway just give me a run around by email asking me if they wanna give me a refund for $40 for the waiting or just To cancel the order completely for a full refund. I just want the part replaced. I just lost my father to Covid-19 And thought I would have a nice quiet serene comfortable place to sit and relax out on my patio I haven't been able to do that yet, and it's the only thing that I thought would get me by but I've had nothing but aggravation throughout this entire purchase process! Please send me the replacement of the part "C" the love seat frame.

DO NOT BUY. Costway shipped me a shop light. At first they responded, "We need photos or video, to better understand the problem". Well, the problem was, which I thoroughly explained, that I put this LED shop lamp together (20,000 lumen LED shop lamp), turned it on, and immediately one of the lamps flickered, popped, and died. Does one really need a photo or a video to explain this? They do not have a phone number on their website - which I didn't review carefully enough, and a sure sign that this is a sketchy online business.

Beware! Costway is one of the worst retailers online. They promise 2-5 day delivery, but they don't even ship the item until after 5 days, and that's only if they ship your order at all. Check the BBB and other review sites, you'll see almost all are 1 star. Any good review was done by a request by Costway to a customer to write a review. They never answer their e-mails to them and it's impossible to get to talk to someone. Worst on-line retailer ever. Don't waste your time or money with them. I guarantee, you'll hate the fact you tried to do business with them. UPDATE: As an update, Costco did finally address my problem with them and they responded in a very favorable manner for me. They even went above just rectifying the problem I had with them by refunding me part of my payment.

2-5 business days claimed for shipping took 8 days to come 500 miles, ordered patio sectional fedex lost it for a couple days, then it turned back up when I finally got it the box was damaged and taped back together, un-packed looked at each piece looked ok, then it dawned on me they was no hardware in box, e-mailed customer service again and was told they would ship the hardware right out well today is the 7th day since contact and still no hardware, will never buy anything again from this company best thing they could do is go out of business

Don't believe in the five stars comments It stands out that whenever there is an honest comment Is written about the catastrophic customer service Immediately followed by several "alleged" five star comments. Where should they come from? I totally agree with all honest commentators (those who have honestly written about the experience of disastrous customer service) See all one star ratings. This company will ship your product broken, not stand behind their products they sell, will not respond to your emails of any issues and make it very hard to contact them via phone with estimated long waits of 50 min. Or more. Please heed this warning before you buy anything from this company. They do not know how to run their business nor how to provide customer service to paying customers. Strongly recommend you reconsider buying here and understand what may happen to you if you do.
