I bought something from Delia's online store and was "charged $XX.XX" and waited patiently for my stuff. When I checked my credit card to verify price I was in shock. They charged me WAY more than what I paid for. They claimed it was my problem. Not only is it a week later and still no stuff but I have to deal with my Credit card now to get my money. Please, Delia's, at least change my email confirmation, before you steal my money. You guys are stupid cause I have proof.

On a side note...I want a job their cause I guess you can be really lazy there!!!

I ordered a headband for my daughter several days ago and the total charge as per the confirmation email that was sent was zero. The problem is that today I found from checking my Visa account that I had been charged for the headband. Called and talked to a supervisor who said they would not, under any circumstances, honor the email order confirmation that THEY had sent! At that point, there was little left to do but feel completely ripped off.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this fraudulent business!!!! Their business practices are shameful!!

3 weeks ago I ordered 2 pairs of jeans. I am very tall and this was the only company for teens to make them long enough for me. A week ago, we were wondering where our package was. We called the company over 10 times over a few days and no response. we called the UPS, USPS, and my local post office. They hadn't received the package either. I have called the company and the company's shipment number so many times and no one is ever there. I had to have my dad call his credit card company and make a dispute about the purchase. Hopefully I will receive my over 50 dollars back. I hear this company is going out of business, but they have to send their orders still. My dad works in loss prevention for retail and he deals with a lot of this problem. he told me it is delias responsibility to get my order to me, no matter what. This is not okay.

I ordered a tank with matching cami at the beginning of July. They shipped the cami, and said the tank was on backorder and schedule to ship 7/23. I called at the end of July, and they said they didn't have enough of the tanks to fill the orders, but they'd ship the product on 8/7. I called again today, and the rep said they are expecting a shipment on 8/15, but once again they wouldn't have enough. She said my shipment would go out on 8/24. She was very rude.

They shipped half my order, but charged me all of the shipping costs! I live in NH. The tank will be useless to me in Sept. I'll never purchase from them again. No wonder they're having sales. They're dishonest and rude.

Update-When I emailed them on 8/24, they moved the date to 8/31. I emailed again on 9/4, and now they won't even give me a date. I've requested a full refund of $16, and I'll return the cami. It's only worth $6.

I ordered from dELiA*s online store (store.delias.com) for the first time. After I placed my order, I decided it was probably a good idea to look at some reviews. Almost every review (except a few) was terrible. Customer's complained about the customer service, mainly.

I was having a hard time tracking my package a few days after my order and I started to worry that maybe all of the reviews were right! But they weren't.

I called dELiA*s to have my package tracked and the woman on the phone was very kind and helpful.

The day before my package was supposed to arrive there was an error on the label of my package (showing my e-mail instead of my address) so I was told it was sent back from my local post office back to dELiA*s.

I called in with my concern and told dELiA*s what the problem was. Immediately she told me she would ship the dress back express (1-day shipping) as soon as they received it again. But then instead she told me she was just going to send me a new order of the same item with express at no charge to me and that they would just restock the package that was supposed to come back to me. Which means my package will still be here within the next few business days!

So long story short, dELiA*s was very kind, helpful, and understanding. And even though my package will be a few days later than expected, dELiA*s did everything in their power to get it to me as soon as they could.

I am very satisfied with their customer service.

I bought from this website once. Got my boots on time. However, any other purchases I made, the money would be held on my account for weeks, marked as "processing" and they would cancel the order by themselves.

I ordered my products 11 days ago. The website says they haven't even been "picked" yet which, I assume, means prepared for shipping. I have sent to unanswered emails. It is ridiculous to expect people to wait this long to receive an order. I am absolutely done with delia's, internet or otherwise. I have NEVER been this dissatisfied with a company before.
I wanted to update this today. I have sent two emails questioning the status of my order. Both emails were NOT responded to. I finally called today. They told me I needed to call my credit card company to authorize the payment. Why am I just hearing about this TWO weeks later??? I asked to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold for 10 minutes they told me I could not speak to a supervisor because their office was closing in a few minutes.
I have NEVER ordered from such a difficult company. I cancelled my order and told them to NEVER send me another catalog. Rediculous!!!

I ordered two pairs of leggings and one had a small hole in it near the tag. I emailed and called about an exchange. I was told that the item was no longer available, and the person I talked to was not willing to substitute another pair. Very unhappy with this store and would not ever purchase here again. Very poor customer service.

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
