I bought a stick of 256 corsair pc3200 ram from this site. Shipping and packaging were good, but I have one complaint. They didn't advertise the ram as Value ram, and I didn't know it was so until it arrived.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. The order status claims it is awaiting credit approval for a credit card purchase with plenty of funds available.

I have purchased from EEBUY several times & get fast same day order processing. Product is new & in great shape.
The site is easy to navigate & tracking info is current on the website once you log in.

I purchased an ASUS motherboard with AMD combo for a great price and shipping. At that time no feedbacks had been left and I was a little hesitant. I received my product, retail packed 3 days later and was very pleased. I've been using this service for a couple years and never rated a seller before. I was so impressed with this seller that I felt I owed it to them, I have since bought a Lite on 16x DVD drive and had the same wonderful results. I will definitely use them again.

after ordering an item via their amazon.com storefront and not receiving it after three weeks, i called eebuy.com to address the issue.

the customer service rep i spoke to was very helpful (it turned out the problem was due to amazon never emailing them that the order had gone through) and refunded my money immediately. he then said that i should just re-order the item through their own website and contact him when i received the response email.

not only did the order come out to be $5 less than what i paid through amazon, but the CSR expedited the order and had it sent out that same day, even though i wasn't able to call back until 3:00pm. the order, shipped via free express saver arrived a day early and in perfect condition. would DEFINITELY deal with them again.

Ordered a 1 gig Celeron and didn't have it 5 days later. Made a call and customer service got to the bottom of it and shipped one out FedEx overnight. Came in next day as promised and works great. Thanks for everything!
