I had dropped my car at Wacol Gemini and they told me for 8-10 days, now it’s 21 days. Their mechanics don’t know how much their job will take... and they called me for 5-6 time for change the pickup schedule.... very very poor customer service

I have just picked up my 2011 Lancer from Gemini Bathurst. The whole experience was terrific from reception through to a freshly cleaned car returned looking like new. The staff were friendly and the quality of their work is excellent. They really went the extra mile for us.

My car was in the shop for 8 days, 3 days longer than quoted. On day 6 and day 7 new excuses were rolled out as to why the job was not completed. I was told on day 7 it would be ready at 4:30pm so paid for an uber to pick it up, but was advised at 4:15 it would now not be ready until the next day as a staff member had broken a tail light. I don't believe repairs had even been started on my car yet. Will never use again nor recommend. Customer service is non-existent here and they had no interest in hearing about my complaint, nor reimbursing me for my 2 ubers ($70.00) to Wangara for no reason.

20210 rav 4 with a minor accident to the front bumper. Plastic bumper had to be repaired and repainted.
when I got it back 3 days later the bumper was not fitted straight all the gaps were uneven and fasteners were hacked and broken and loose. Some were missing. The plastic was not even fixed properly as the paint still looked shattered. They cracked the headlight bracket and put it back on. Honestly this shop will hack up your car and blame your insurance company for being too cheap to pay for proper repairs. strongly suggest you do not take you car here for repairs. I complained to SGIO that this will destroy their customer satisfaction. Im sure this poor standard of workmanship here is standard and not every customer has a eye for understanding defects and I'm sure they have gotten away with it many times. Will demand rectifications somewhere else I trust.
See pictures attached of their finished workmanship. pretty much all the clips are broken caused by the crash and of course not repaired or replaced. The manager said insurance don't cover it as its not near the accident site on the bumper and your car is old so things break when the bumper is removed for repair. Insurance Assessor said this is not correct and any damage caused in the process of repair is covered under the scope of repair.

I given car for repair on 4 feb and till now i did not get the car, first day they told me that car will be ready in a week

I given my car at Gemini repair centre Sunshine. Melbourne on 4th of feb, they said that they will return back my car in a week, i said ok no problem and i did not take hire car.
After a week they said they will return the car next week,so i made a call and again they said next week.
So today is 25th of feb and still car is not ready and they are saying 4 of march.
They are telling me lie the Gemini repair sunshine the worse place. Last week i made a call to NRMA and explain my situation and they said someone call you and do something and still i did not get any call from NRMA, i did not get any email and i did not get any information why they are telling me lie every week.

9 out of 10 will say Gemini sunshine is the worse place to give the car for repair and I accept this because they are.

i do not know if they can not complete the work on time why they opened the repair centre.???

We can understand they taken one extra week from the deadline but they are taking extra week after week again and again.

If you are not able to repair let me know i can go some other repair centre which are better then you.

The worse place i ever visited
and never will return and let the people know please think before going back to that place.

The Gemini Eagle Farm branch what a bunch of Liars and manipulators I will never advise anyone to get their car repaired by them the had my car for 4 weeks did not touch a thing after the told me they only waiting on a bonnet. After 4 weeks of just sitting there I took the car out of there to a different repairer which he got the car done in 4 days and there was a bonnet available in Brisbane not from Japan.To the staff there I advise you you get your lies in order before you ring your customers.

Told car would be ready on Thursday, no phone call at all, called Thursday arvo, was told they didnt have anyone to do the job, asked me to call again next week, no eta. Called again next week, they said it would be ready by cob Tuesday, went there to pick up the car, they said no one was available to do the job. Asked me to come back the next day. Got the car the next day, but Front bumper wasn’t fixed, big gap between headlight and bumper. Took it back again, told me to pick it up the next day, no call, called 3pm on that day, they said its not ready! Came back again the following day, surprisingly, nothing was done. Their site manager said they’ve fixed... speechless

My car was damaged recently in an auto accident and my insurer sent it to Gemini Eagle Farm Brisbane for repairs. We were not able to choose a repairer of our choice and naturally were more than a little apprehensive about the outcome. As it turns out we were extremely satisfied with the repairs done on my car. Gemini told us initially they would give us regular updates as to how the job was progressing and surprisingly ( I say surprisingly because good customer service is so rare these days) they did just that. They also assured us we could ring them anytime during repairs to check on anything we were concerned about. Also, they offered a taxi or uber to pick up our car when the job was completed. Everyone we had dealings with at Gemini Eagle Farm was polite, courteous and helpful. My car was detailed beautifully on completion and we have no complaints with the quality of repairs to the car. We are very happy with Gemini Eagle Farm Brisbane.

After a bender my truck was picked up by tow truck and was delivered to Gemini south port a week later i dropped in to see progress to be told they will start on it soon a week later i was told the truck had been assessed and parts had been ordered and i could expect it back in about 21 days .Well 21 days later i drop in to see progress and got read the GIANT Gemini book of excuses . so now we are 30 odd days in and still problems i turn up to see them with jumper leads on the truck and cranking it over till the jumper leads where smoking . ( it was running fine when they got it and i had looked at the impact after crash and the engine had not been impacted ) so with $13000 spent on repairs on a truck i paid $16000 for i was then told the engine was damaged and the quote to repair was $19000 more so after 30 days and 13000 dollars of repairs the insurance company wrote it off . so why was this truck not assessed correctly in the 1st place ? the guy i was dealing with never called when he said he would and always had an excuse totally unhappy disappointed customer here. And its not the 1st time with these guys the previous time they lost our RAV for two weeks as we found out after the fact and they just filled us with excuses until they found it .. My advice is if you have a choice take your car else where its a circus with very poor customer service . This was written 3 months after the fact and i had calmed down by this time .

I have had the worst experience at the Seven Hills location. My car was delayed and each day it was due to pick up I would ring up and confirm if my car was ready to be picked up. The response I would get from the customer service team was "Your car is ready when the keys are handed into reception". My response was, I understand that but it has been delayed for over a week and the due date is today can you please go and get an update from the workshop as to when it will be ready. Her response again was no we only know it's ready when the keys are on our desk and I wont be asking anyone for an update for you. I finally got to pick my car up to find that it had white paint splashed along the bottom of the car. My car is a dark grey Lexus. The guy there, extremely rude told me that those marks were already there. I got him to check the original photos he took and he then told me he will fix it. 30 mins later and i was ready to leave, only to find that they had ripped all the vinyl interior in side my drivers side door. I pulled him up again and he became really aggressive saying that it was already there. Again I said check your photos. He proceeded to tell me that his photos are now all of a sudden really blury and that he can't tell. He proceeded to say that my car was a piece of SH** and that he would never waste his time fixing something like that. I'm now left with the interior of my car ripped up from taking it to these clowns.

Took my Mitsubishi Triton in to Gemini @ Wollongong ( 107-109 Montague Street
WOLLONGONG NSW) on the 15th January 2020 due to being hit from the Rear by a Semi-Trailer.

Talked to the Assessor and he was just a Rush in quick look and said leave it and they would get back to me.

Took numerous days to get back to me, Only after I rang the Insurer as they would not answer the phone to the Office.

Got numerous excuses about not being able to find a replacement tub as they were all not of high enough quality, which was fine as I expect to be given a quality replacement.

Quality my ***.

I have found Rust on it... Now I live near by to a Salt water lake and Rust on a part will spread very fast from the salt water spray.

And that is only just a start.

Paint work: Chips drips and not a complete coverage of the Clear coat (so no protection of the paint work)

Body Panels: Glued on and not correctly fitted fixing are causing the rear body panels to click out of place. Also the panel on the front of the tub on the Drivers side is not fitted correctly.

General Condition of the Parts: The Tub is underside is covered with Scratches and as before Rusted in Parts. It is also covered in Cobwebs and dead Spiders. The Scratches are also in some areas back to bare metal

Can not recommend these repairers at all.

Western Australia - the Bad - I took my car into getting fixed after someone hit my drivers door. There was a reaction with the paint so they clear coated over the top of it. I took it to my closest store only to be told "oh wow I am NOT touching that mess. Good luck". Now it needs to be repaired by another company as I do not trust them.

My car is silver and they managed to paint my door a noticeably different colour.

The meh - When someone hit my front (different accident) when it was parked in a car park, i do have to mention a different gemini did everything they could to find a bumper and modify it to fit my radiator and piping (its an import therefore VERY hard to find and fit parts). They refused to redo my previous damage and told me to go back to them (?how do I find the time? Its out of my way). Still a different silver.

My insurance only gave me this company as an option.

I was directed by my insurance company Budget Direct to go to Gemini Accident Repair Centre In Osborne Park WA to have my car assessed & after that to return to get the repairs done. When I went to drop my car off I was informed about the expected time required to do the repairs & was kept up to date on how things were going. The reception staff were very helpful, the assessor was very thorough & the repairs were carried out quickly & efficiently & I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you so much for your commitment to providing a great service.

Taken more than two weeks to fix the car and I still haven’t got it back they don’t inform you of anything unless you ring. Absolutely poor service and they keep stuffing up.

Just to repair the dent on boot lid and rear bump, it took them over 1 week to do it, and when I got my car back, I found my car is full of scratches and chips at both side of doors, I don't know what happened to my car, I just hope it is only the problem of scratches and chips.

Told would take 1 week. Each week i called and was told it would be ready the following week. Took 4 weeks in total.
Arrived eventually and my car was not ready and there were additional scratches on the car that had not been there before. I had to wait 15 mins before my car was ready and an additional 30 minutes while they looks at the scratch on the car. Customer service is useless. The people in the office are not equipped with information required to answer any meaningful queries. I will not be returning.

I took my vehicle to Gemini in Caloundra towards the end of October for rear end repairs after accident . Unfortunately the vehicle was returned to me in early December which was 2 weeks later than forecast in an unfinished state . It is now 13 January and there are a couple of things that have still to be finished which I rang the manager about but when they say we will get straight back to you, they do not. All in all a very bad experience. I do not think they really care.
Unfortunately they are a preferred supplier for RACQ. Check with RACQ who their other preferred suppliers are and go there.

I have just had my car repaired by Gemini in Wangara Perth and I cant speak highly enough of them , they did a great job, were really efficient and the staff there were wonderful, definitely a 5 star from me

Had this company repair our Nissan quashqai 62 plate while repair was ok they are rubbish at
Mechanical could not sort air bag
Problem out didn’t want to know
Sent us away with the air bag still flashing and we have to put our
Grandson in that so we have got rid of a good car because of them please be aware your safety is more important
