It was easy to find most of what I needed on the website. When I called the store for info, their customer service was excellent. They were very polite, and eager to help me get the correct leaf springs for my '65 T-bird. When I am in need of suspension parts again, I will definitely go to them first.

When ordering perches, no mention if price is for 1 or 2 pcs, also no mention of the axle dia that the perch will fit. I also feel that shipping costs are very high. I ordered leaf springs from General spring a couple months ago and the shipping cost was the price of a 3rd spring.

Shipping is kind of high but comparable to all other places that sell these leaf springs. Plus the leaf springs are very heavy so I understand why the price for shipping is what it is. And they came really fast, ordered that morning and were shipped out same day and were here in 4 days. Excellent timing and very quick turn around time.

Very easy to navigate, great selection and I like all the details included. The only complaint I have, and it's a fairly small one, is that the springs were shipped without any type of packaging, and 2 of the alignment clips were bent. I thought since I paid nearly $100.00 for shipping they would have some kind of packaging/protection. I very anxious to get the springs on and see how they work.

Ordering springs and all of the hardware at once is a good feature. It took me a few minutes to measure the U-bolts and spring thickness, but it well worth it. I originally thought shipping was high, but once I received the springs and witnessed how heavy they were, I understood.

I just got them sothey are not installed yet - but don't expect any issues. My only issue so far is with shipping - not truly General springs issue - UPS had some kind of delay that made me wait an extra day to receive springs. Well time to install the 82 pound monsters.

Lowest prices compared to other spring companies. Lots of information that Rockauto and other sites leave out or don't have. Easy site to navigate..other than the "coil spring" section. Couldn't filter by vehicle like you can with the leaf springs.

better price for this specific hard to find part. Only thing I did not realize it comes withblarts for one side old. So if you need both sides order 2. I ordered one because for my specific application that's all I needed

I've used General Spring for the last 10+ years both in a professional work place and my personal shop. Shipping times are amazing and the product is always top notch with the best prices around. They ship the springs bare which saves money on shipping costs and my time to prep to install. Service was excellent however the coil springs I purchased was a little misleading on site. Said similar to Tuftruck spring that has a 50% capacity increase. The springs I received from Dayton parts are only 35%.

I've had my car apart since the first of April. I had the wrong springs from Summit , I ordered new one's from you. I ordered insulators from Autokrafters because I didn't realize that you had them. I had to order another set because I thought I ordered 2 sets but only 2 pieces showed up. Now I have all the pieces or so I thought. I go to install and the new shackles I bought at NPD are too big, so now I have to get new ones. I order them from Musclecars and Classics June 2nd. Still no parts. Well I came back to you guys because I can get what I need. I don't know how much longer this is going to take but thanks for helping me out. Sincerely Gary McMillan.

I have received 4 different sets of incorrect leaf springs for this car. They don't have any idea what the 1966 - 1967 Fairlane and Comet were. This is the 1st site with the correct information!!!!!

I'm a returning customer and I haven't installed the springs yet, but everything looks really good! I was worried that the U bolts and hardware were going to be like some cheap junk that I got with a Jeep lift kit that I ordered elsewhere online, but your hardware is A PLUS!!! The General Spring website should post an actual picture and more detailed info about their products. Also, BIG thanks for offering UPS shipping!
