The Best Customer Experience Ever, I placed my order and in my excitement I made an error, in a panic, I started a live chat with an agent, who may I add was 110% committed in going above and beyond to resolve my query, not only that but the time it took was impeccable, my query was listened to, addressed and my expectations where exceeded, thank you so much I received my wristbands within about 7 days as I am in South Wales, uk and can I say, wow, quality is incredible, the finish is amazing and the feedback has been 5*, I cannot wait to order some more next month, absolutely the best company to deal with 100% & I won't trust anyone else now with my wristbands, thank you again

I found the website very good and easy to select the correct wristband, once ordered I made a note that delivery would be a must before 08 August 2013. The order was placed on the 24th July. Full tracking from Fed-ex eased my worries and the wristbands ( from China !) arrived yesterday the 30th of JUly. All in all the product is spot on , printed as requested, digital proof sent before manufacture, 100% satisfied with the service, thank you Rob

ordered 3500 sold nearly all of them, royal Anglian regiment/ on behalf of Drummer LEE RIGBY. everyone supported the cause and the wristbands are 1st class.
Plus arrived two days early.

Excellent service,this was my 2nd order i have a 3rd on the way.these are charity bands with an initial date of jan 14th then it came forward to jan 1st.but they arrived today 2 days earlier.both orders have arrived approx 8 or more days earlier than expected.i chose the 6dys manufactureand 6dys shipping and here i am today 9days from ordering and i have my 3000 bands 2 weeks before the charity event i need them for.thanks guys

Hi, I ordered from Go Wristbands.co.uk last week, I found the website easy enough to use and took the option of Digital proofing my order. This shows the finished product which really helped as you could see the wristbands before they were ordered.

When purchasing on line my question was will the bands be with me by the 1st June your answer was yes. Once I paid the money I received an email saying to guarantee delivery by the above date I would need to pay a further £32.00. So I think it was a bit of a con asking for an additional £32.

Hi everybody,

We organised an event for a charity this year and were happy to find attractive products and prices on Gowristband.co.uk.

But what was a good deal at the beginning, ended up to be a financial nightmare.

Our order got blocked at the Irish customs although Gowristband.co.uk had specifically told us that we would not get any extra charges. (We have a copy of the Chat exchange)

It took two weeks for Gowristband.co.uk to eventually send us their original invoice and get our order released from the customs.

Here are the numbers, make up your mind by yourselves:

- 21 dollars = Amount that Gowristband payed to their Chinese supplier (We have the POP)

- 323,28 pounds = Amount we were charged by Gowristband - This includes 48,28 pounds express delivery...

- 150,90 euro = Amount paid to the customs to release our order

- 2 weeks = Delay of the order. These were very crucial weeks as we missed several events where we were supposed to sell most of our wristbands

- 97 pounds = The amount Gowristband accepted to refund us.

This leaves us with a total charge for our charity of:

439,24 euro = 344,57 pounds.

To this charge, we must add the fact that we had only one week and a half before the event to sell all our wristbands.

Gowristband was poorly supportive during the 2 weeks our order was blocked. Moreover, their refund doesn't even compensate the custom's charges which is due to their misinformation + 48,28 pounds "express" delivery

We therefore strongly recommend other users to find alternative and local solutions for their events.

There was a mis-understanding with the order, I thought I ordered 200 wristbands and you were suppossed to send 100 free wristbands,that's what I paid for, there was a extra charge for £0.10 per keyring when the order was made it was estated 200 keyrings. So I was expecting 300 Wristbands + 200 Keyrings.

They were efficient from the first moment I made contact and delivered my order 6 days early.

I will certainly recommend this company to others and look forward to making a repeat order in the future.

The first time I used Gowristbands.co.uk I was very happy with the service. Since then I have used the service twice more and I have had extra money taken out of my account. I have emailed them as soon as I noticed the amounts had been taken and they were refunded back into my account but im not happy that this was taken and will not be using them again.

I would like to say that my delivery came this morning two days earlier than stated. I am very pleased with the service from start to receiving the final products. the colour and quality of each item is immaculate and even the 100 free wristbands I received were also packaged free of charged too. the products are of superb quality and extreme value for money with free postage. I would thoroughly recommended GOWRISTBANDS to all and will use in the future again. well done and thank you.

The website was unclear about an offer of 100 free bands when ordering a 100, and therefore I didn't get the free 100. If I had known I wouldn't have used the company at all.

I ordered wristbands for the first time in 2012 I was more than happy with both the product and the customer service. This company was quick and efficient. They did what it said on the tin. I highly recommend them and am just about to order more for my new venture

My order went well and arrived as promised, especially good considering the number of countries involved, ordered in the UK, charged in US dollars, dispatched from China via Germany and France and arrived 7 days earlier than advised and exactly as ordered.
