I have tried countless times to contact them by phone and email with no luck. The 50.00 rebate is a scam. Do not order from them if you think you are going to receive a rebate from gpsexplorer. Purchased a Garmin IQue 3600 256 NavKit from GPS Explorer. Delivery was delayed a bit due to 1 - I ordered on Thanksgiving weekend and 2 - The company must speak with you to confirm a delivery address other than your billing address. Having been had by online resellers before, I'll take that inconvenience, though.

Product arrived as advertised, new and no upselling or hard sell when I did call to verify my order. Very pleasant customer service and aside from long hold times (3-5 minutes) it was a good experience.

Overall the transaction was good, not great, but I would certainly order from them again and if you are shipping to the same address as your creidt card billing address your transaction should be even smoother than mine.
