Poor quality and disappointing customer service.
I was bought this as a gift, after a few weeks and only a handful of times wearing it, the stitching was coming away. I contacted the company who refused to acknowledge my garment was faulty despite having photos. After a battle they offered to repair my item, me covering the cost for packaging or a £5 discount. Neither I felt was acceptable, I will not be buying this brand again.

I purchased a navy hello hoodie with pink writing, I am so happy with it. It's lovely and cosy and washes really well (I wash on a 30). I needed it fairly quickly and emailed the Hari team about it and my jumper arrived super quickly! I found it brilliant service and a great product. Many thanks

Really disappointed with this brand as they showed promise but bought a top only wore it a couple of times and it all came away - totally faulty - when I contacted them they dont do returns - it wasn’t a return it was a faulty garment.

After much deliberating due to the high cost of a hoodie I brought one ad was thrilled, it looked amazing. But after one wash it already looks worn and the colour has started to fade in the hello logo. Disappointed and wished I’d read this reviews before purchase.

I bought a grey marl 'hello' hoodie last year and I loved it, good quality and really comfy. I wore it so much that my husband bought me one for Christmas. Straight away you could tell that the quality was inferior, much thinner. After washing, the newer one has bobbled and just doesn't look so good. I made the mistake of ordering a sweatshirt from them as a mother's day present to myself. It was black with a letter in animal print emblazoned on the front. There was some confusion with the order as my autofil didn't put my house number in so the post office couldn't deliver it and returned it to hari's. They then resent it and when it arrive there was the letter A and not E as I'd ordered. The xl size was anything but, so tight it was unwearable - even though my hoodies were xl. Plus the transfer letter looked plastic and cheap. When I tried to return it I was told that it was a personalised item and that it isn't refundable. I was told that it would be unlikely that anyone would be ordering an xl 'A'. I was surprised as the letter A isn't exactly uncommon. When I queried the size I was told that even though items were XL they could be different in different items! So in a nutshell, poor quality, poor sizing and very unhelpful. Rather than saying yes to the 'hello' hoodies I'm definitely now saying 'goodbye' and will not be ordering anything again 😡
