I ordered a DVD on 6/7/04. I have yet to receive the product, and I have not been notified that my order was cancelled. They gave me a tracking number which indicated the package was delivered in Texas. That is not the address I gave them or in my records with the company. They asked questions about why I didn't receive it. Why was it not sent to the correst address?

I have seen some bad comments about this company,but this is my third order and I found them very good in everyway,as there was a postal strike in my country the dvds were delayed by 2 mths,so maybe the problems not with the company.
I will be ordering again and again.

I ordered on the 13th, it was shipped on the 14th, and I received it on the 19th, which I think is excellent turn around time. The only problem was that the DVD had some scratches on it from what seems to be a less-than-secure case (the disc moves a little around when 'snapped' into the box). Still, it was not huge damage and I would consider ordering again if I could not find the movie on cheaper auction sites.

i ordered Tokyo 10+01 and it was sent my airmail from the states. it got here in beijing really fast. i was worried at the beginning coz i don't really trust airmail, and the post in beijing that everything could get lost.
but i couldn't play it on my dvd player -.-.. had to play it on my dad's laptop!

I've ordered 2 DVD's, and one was apparently a defective item, and my email notification of the problem to hkDVDstore was quite promptly responded, and service was very good! Although it took a little while for me to get the replacement DVD, the whole return process worked out fine, as is the replacement DVD (The Untold Story - Human BBQ Buns / which is is probably the top-3 all time Chinese-based violent-macabre-gore flick ever!). Oops, that reminds me, I'm supposed to return the defective DVD!

I'll definitely do business with hkDVDstore again!!!

I placed an order on july 6th 2004 for Gozu on DVD. The order was pending for about a week. When I emailed them the first time I didn’t get a reply. Same thing with the second time and the third, fourth, so on. A week later I get an email telling me that it’s shipped. On their home page they say it should take 1-2 days to ship, it took a week. So I waited some more. Finally today, July 16, ten days after I ordered, I got my DVD. If there was any type of communication I wouldn’t be so pissed but since they just let every go I will never do business again with these people.

I was very pleased with the price and the speed of shipping and would buy from this merchant again.

I have ordered 35+ DVDs from this store. I have had no shipping problems whatsoever. One damaged disc was immediately replaced with no shipping charge and one incorrect item has been credited to my next order. They have been very responsive to my questions.

I ordered 2 DVDs on 6/21 and got an e-mail the following day saying they were shipped. A week went by and I never received them (USPS showed they were never shipped), so I e-mailed and called the company. Then they e-mailed me back on 7/2 saying they would ship the package again. I received my order on 7/6. No problems with the DVDs.

Very fast with everything, recieved in 2 days. I highly recommend for anyone.
