I Purchased "2" CDRW's and received email conformation and a tracking number.I received "1" large box containing "1" CDRW. I sent 3 emails but got no response. Called numerous times (at my expense) and only got recorded messages. I was able to leave messages on their machine but no one ever returned my calls.
I finally called MasterCard and am in the middle of filling out the paperwork to get the charge removed from my credit card.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered 6 copies of Mcafee Virus Scan 7.0, got the price from Price Watch. When order arrived only 5 copies were in the envelope. I called the sales department, they told me it would be shipped that day. Received the other 3 days later. So I'm happy with the sales and service, price was great and other than having to wait an extra day for the other cd my experience was good.

I bought a SOYO TISU MB for $40 + tax + $11.03 shipping.

Service/shipping was prompt although packing was pretty minimal. Shipping was a bit high but the price was good on the MB.

I was concerned about a possible RMA due to incompatability with my CPU and e-mailed Inca-City . . . have not heard back from them yet - it's been 4 days. Fortunately, I don't have to RMA.

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We discovered that the domain for this business is relitevely new, which means that it could be a start-up business that does not yet have a huge amount of customers.
