Order recieved, packaged nicely and everything included. Caffine mints came with the package this time! Weeeee... Bonus, the part I was questioning worked just like John said in the e-mail.

Just an FYI Jab-Tech doesnt solicate good reviews like many other e-tailers, so when you see good reviews be aware they are from very happy customers, and not "bought" reviews.

I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and received my package the next day with UPS Ground shipping. Excellent prices and selection and I wasn't gouged with the shipping costs like most online retailers.

I've been ordering from Jab-Tech for years as they are the best bar none for cooling, quiet computing, and general case parts/accessories. The best prices, amazing service, quick response to both orders and support/RMA's: Jab-Tech is an all-around great company.

I selected (and paid)for USPS Priority for two Yate Loon fans and it was shipped via FedEx Ground. I submitted a ticket and was basically told "FedEx is faster and is insured so too bad". I expected it to arrive either the day before or the day after Christmas day because USPS Priority only takes 2-3 days, yet Jab-Tech claims that it takes an average of 5 days because of the holiday period. I found that absurd because I personally shipped an item from NY to California and it only took 2 days despite being close to Christmas.

Also, they shipped using FedEx Ground which is mainly to business addresses. The package arrived 8 days after the order date, and also after 2 phone calls from FedEx to ask for a detailed resident address.

I'm not giving Jab-Tech my business anymore, they don't care about their customers as long as they have your money. When ordering, be sure to select the absolute cheapest option for shipping because they're probably just going to ship it using whatever carrier they want, so why give them more money?

I ordered four Scythe KAZE-JYUNI "SLIP STREAM" 120mm Case Fans from Jab-Tech. Fans were in-stock, shipped quickly via Fedex and arrived in great shape. Jab-tech has an easy ordering process and good email communications regarding order confirmation and shipping/tracking. Overall a good experience!

To sum up 500+ dollars in orders from jab-tech, its the best online reseller for watercooling parts there is, never had an issue in the 12+ month i did business with them, and honestly even without phone support sufficient speed and ways of communication through the ticket system! a job well done and i will keep ordering my cooling products from only one source.

The best experience I've had in 15 years of shopping online. In the middle of a Christmas week, I submitted an order at 4:00 PM. Thirty minutes later, my order was shipped and I had a tracking number. The ETA was in next day, even though I selected UPS Ground. I received it around noon the next day. OK to TX is quick, but it was only this quick because the seller was so on top of things. I'm sold for life and I'll always visit Jab-Tech FIRST for PC cooling parts. I am VERY impressed. A++

ordered 7 "3L laser led" 3-led pods, placed order on the 22nd of may, order arrived today (may 24). will definitely be doing more business with this reseller. tested the items when they arrived, all worked perfect, prices are great, shipping is very reasonable compared to most places, and shipping time was beyond my expectations. if you need case mods and comp equipment, this would be the place to go, or if you are like me and are looking for inexpensive accent lighting for your vehicle, you can't beat the prices and shipping times from these guys.

This is my second order this year from Jab-Tech, and I am just as impressed. John was very good to communicate with pre-sale; always prompt and precise. On this occasion he went out of his way to stock additional products at my request. How often does an e-tailer do that for you, or even entertain your request? Not often.

I purchased 10 feet of PrimoFlex ProLRT White 7/16" ID x 5/8" OD tubing and I was shipped 3/8" ID x 5/8" OD tubing. On Sunday, January 22nd I e-mailed them and within 2 hours I had an email back from John asking for a picture of what was sent to me. I obliged and was again contacted extremely fast being told that I was indeed sent the wrong tubing. John personally packed and shipped the correct tubing out to me on the next business day free of charge and even let me keep the incorrect tubing!

I'd happily recommend this company to anyone. This isn't my first purchase from them by any means, but is the first time I've had a small hiccup with my order (not bad considering I've done over 10 orders with them). They went above and beyond to correct their mistake and for that I thank them.

I have ordered for years from Jab-tech. I have never had to date needed to RMA. But I expect John will be easy to work with

First order I have placed with this highly rated vendor. The order process went well. The packing and shipping process also went well and with my order arriving in a timely fashion and with no damage. The box the order came in was well packed. I was kept informed throughout the order process via email on the progress of my order.

The only beef I have with dealing with Jab-Tech concerns their website performance. Their website loads and updates slow for me. The website's layout and navigation are fine, but the website performance is slow for me. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I'm on satellite broadband though, but I don't have these performance problems with other company websites like Newegg or Sidewindercomputers. Other than that, this is a good company to deal with and I will use them in the future if they have what I need at a competitive price.

UPDATE 1/28/08: Just ran across my rating of this vendor and now their website's performance is much better. Either they upgraded their webserver or my sat broadband is working better. ;)

I've been a customer of Jab-Tech for I guess about three years now. And this is an outstanding company. Their prices are competitive, selection is good and their order and delivery is top notch. I just can't say enough about this company. There aren't enough + marks after an A to give them due credit. I highly recommend this seller.

I was thoroughly impressed by my first shopping experience with Jab-Tech. I got a prompt e-mail confirmation and then a separate e-mail notifying me that the item had shipped.

Everything was packed very well. Unfortunately, there were two small springs missing from the package. This was through no fault of Jab-tech as all the items in the package were sealed (they must have just been left out by the manufacturer).

In any event, I contacted Jab-tech yesterday (Sunday) and received a response the same day (on a Sunday!) indicating that the springs would be sent out the very next day via priority mail. That is amazing customer service. I couldn't be happier. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I really believe that great customer service should be recognized as much as we warn others about our bad experiences. Nice job Jab-tech I will be shopping with you again.

I recently made a purchase here. One of the items I purchased was 20 plastic clamps. In my experience, tubing for water cooling runs 1/4"ID 3/8" OD, 3/8" ID and 1/2" OD, and 1/2" ID 5/8" OD, so when I ordered the medium clamps I had expected to receive 20 of the medium clams that would fit nicely around 1/2" OD tubing. I was really shocked at how big the clamps were when they arrived. It is partially my fault, I suppose, for not contacting their customer support to verify the dimensions of the medium clamps. All of their other clamps list dimension except for the ones I purchased, which only listed small, medium and large.

I contacted their customer service regarding the clamps, which cost 6 cents each. They wanted me to ship the clamps back in order to replace them. Technically, they arent wrong for asking me to do this, but for just over a dollar they insisted on the clamps being returned. I wouldn't have any issue with returning an item at my expanse, but it came down to the fact that it would cost me more to ship the wrong clamps back than it would be for them to replace them with the correct clamp, or to send me a shipping label. The guy argued and argued with me. When a company is this anal-retentive about petty things like that, it tells me that they are struggling to survive, possible going out of business, or they just do not believe in providing a customer experience that entices the buyer to make future purchases.

On the bright side, their shipping was fast and well-packaged. It's just their customer service leave much to be desired, and I would be afraid of purchasing something more expensive.

Ordered Monday morning. My order shipped the same day, and it arrived the NEXT day. I didn't pay for upgraded shipping or anything, it was just that fast! And the prices were lower than Directron, NewEgg, xPCGear, anything. I wish they carried more stuff so I'd have more excuses to buy here.

I placed an order Sunday night and received a shipping confirmation in the morning on Monday even though the site said it would take 2 days. The prices are reasonable and they don't gouge you on shipping.

Good selection, great prices, shipping within one day of order, instant email acknowledgement. My order was packed well with correct contents. They also offer USPS Priority mail as an option -- cheaper and much better than UPS in my area. I've ordered from them several times before, with same great results. Will order from them again.
