Terrible service. Ordered joey boots in red in February. No where during order is it specified that the product would be made to measure and that the product will take 4 months to receive. When I finally received the boots they were the wrong pair..a pair I didn't order. I was advised to keep the incorrect pair whilst the correct pair was sent. I obliged. Another month later I email for an update and all I get is radio silence. I email again requesting a refund and I was denied a refund. To receive a refund I was instructed to return the incorrect pair that I was previously advised to keep. Can you believe it! The pair I was told to keep was requested back in order to action the refund. What a circus! The boots are definitely not worth it. Poor communication. Poor service. Poor product.

Poor communication and poor customer service. Been waiting for 7 weeks for an update regarding my order and the owner just brushes my enquiries off. She blames covid and the world for her lack of delivery, as if jfahri is the only business operating in this climate. I made at least a dozen orders from other businesses since my order from jfahri and had zero issues. The website is misleading and when confronted, the owner said it's not a simple website change. Well, I work in communication and let me tell you something, reputable businesses do communicate with full clarity and transparency through their main communication tools. Can't comment on the boots I bought as they were never delivered, but this communication is indicative of poor quality. Very unprofessional and appalling. Don't waste your money on this business.
