Avoid JJsHouse, it's a scam! Ordered 2 dressses and had to wait a month to receive my products instead of the 8-10 days mentioned in the email for standard delivery. Also they advertise worry-free return policy within 14 days of receiving the products on their website and emails BUT when trying to return, they refuse to take anything back even the products are still in packages. It's a scam! Customer service stalling and chat not accepting all messages. Don't waste your money here.

My hat arrived screwed up in a small box and was unable to make it look anything like the photos on the website. I'm in a battle to get a refund. Have been offered vouchers minus cost of postage. Although they have now agreed to refund I'm still awaiting the return slip after continually asking and therefor I can't send it back and get the refund. I wonder if I ever will.

Was looking for a hat for a wedding and wanted something that looked vintage. They had a great selection and was hard to choose just one! Although I chose the slowest form of delivery(as I was ordering so far ahead of the occasion) the item still arrived earlier than I expected. Would order from again.

I bought my wedding dress online at JJShouse. i was a first time buyer and i was very happy with their service. It took a month to make and prepare the dress and deliver, but throughout that whole process, the kept communicating with me and i was informed with all the details. They're also affordable and they sell quality staff.. i would definately buy from the again and i would recommend them to my friends aswell because of their reliability and professionalism.. especially knowing that i was buying from an online store which is a continent away from me.

Ordered some shoes from JJsHouse. They arrived on time, but weren't the size advertised and were thus very tight; however, I was compelled to keep the shoes after calculating it would cost considerably more for me to return them. I left a constructive 2-star review on the shoes on their website, but to my bemusement, they removed it. Thereon, I lost respect for JJsHouse and decided not to order from them again. I don't support companies that gate-keep and police customer experience like that, in order to maintain an illusion of a perfect service. It's very underhand and deceptive, and it essentially obscures potential customers' understanding of all aspects of a company, including areas of improvement. No company is perfect. I only wish JJsHouse was humble enough to realise that.

Save yourself the time, energy and cost and buy something local. You don't end up saving money and you'll stress and be disappointed. The people that have posted good reviews must have been paid, seriously! Ordered a bridesmaid's dress custom make. Dress arrived within timeframe however the fit was horrible, so big!! nothing like it looked online. I'm roughly a AU 10-12 size so it should have fit similar to the one online... Nope!! It was ridiculous! The point in the breast cups where darts are and nipples should be were sitting up 2" down from my collarbone! Wtf?? I took photos and sent it to them straight away, I got a reply back within a day saying "I'm sorry you feel this way" not "I'm sorry we stuffed up" like it's my fault?? They offered me 40% refund of the dress price, which was only $90 from the $300 I paid, to go it altered. I ordered a custom make so I didn't have to get it altered!!! I took it to two different dressmakers and neither could do anything apart from cut it up and keep the bottom half and turn it into a skirt :( The other two bridesmaids had similar experiences. One of them told JJ's that she'd be posting a bad review and they offered her a higher refund if she didn't. Pathetic. We all ended up having to buy other dresses elsewhere. I don't know how they are still in business. Just awful!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from JJ's and obviously it's a cheaper website so I wasn't expecting high quality but the dress I got is a DIFFERENT dress than pictured on the site, the title of the dress is specifically "split front" implying a wrap front top as pictured, and it's tightly sewn with the waist hitting in a completely different location. I posted a review on the site stating the same which was removed within a few hours of my posting it. In addition, it cost $35 duties for me to receive the purchase in Canada.

I was super skeptical but i went for it! I put in my exact measurements and added an inch and a half to everything just in case it ran small. It needed slight alterations when i received it but i added thise extra inches so that's on me! It was sooooo gorgeous though. My only problem was that it took FOREVER TO GET. Maybe mainly because of covid 19... i dont know but it worried me a bit. Just got married this past Saturday

I order from jjs house casual clothes and they said it was already shipped but i never received my product and i dont know whom to call since its not us base company their msg are quick but they only say it was shipped on this date nothing more and they have to talk to courier company. Its a fraud.

As most of the customers says, the delivery is too slow. They do have an estimated delivery date but seriously, that's something they could have removed entirely as they do not hold those dates up.

I ordered a dress, shoes, veil and some other accesories for my wedding in October and had to order a 2nd dress due to the delivery was 10 days passed due.

And yes, the dress was 1 size too small and the shoes were too big as they had made sure they were stretched out.

I have tried to contact the customer service for a return paper but it doesn't work. I have tried to call the number on their website, but I get the message that the number does not exist.

So my summary:
Great dresses, really beautiful, nice colors and nice fabric.
But their so called customer service is non-exisitng as you can't mail them or call them at all.
And ofc course, their so-called "fast delivery" should really get a new title as it is not fast at all. I expect my 2nd dress the 26 Sep 2020 but instead I can see it has left the airport on its way to destinated country.

All in all - I think you should fix the customer service part.

First of all I would like to confirm, with my experience, the seriousness of the site:
1) order placed on August 20; September 2 was already in my hands in Italy;
2) customer service: clear, courteous, helpful and quick to respond;
3) tailoring: garment made with excellent finishes and in compliance with the measurements provided.

If a customer submits a review, the company will send you a coupon. I did. I received a coupon for $15 off my order for $100. SCAM. A few days later, the company runs a special for customers to receive a percentage off for orders. Yes, the special is better than the coupon. Never again. Good quality products but the bait to get you to write a review is a waste of time.

Absolutely awful. Ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses and all of them were too small . Returned these 16 days ago with a tracking reference. Tracking reference confirms that they have been received. However any time I try and contact them they keep saying they haven't got it and won't look into it. Lost out on £200. As if trying to plan a wedding at the moment isn't stressful enough. Oh and I did tell them I wanted to order the same 3 dresses in a bigger size and still no response. Wouldnt waste your time

Up until recently I never had a bad thing to say about them but they have gone downhill in my books very fast! A friend had ordered a dress in JANUARY that was to be dispatched February 15. No dispatch email came. So we contacted them through email and Facebook. Got one response off them on messenger to say they'll email my friend regarding her dress. It is now February 21st and still no email and now they won't answer our queries! She then posted a negative review here and they contacted her immediately! They said they will refund her if she takes the bad review down! Absolutely disgraceful customer service I'm never recommending JJ's House to anyone ever again!

Most of my custom dress was actually perfect, but under the bust was way too loose. I wish they had asked for a measurement under the bust. It’s clearly a dress for tiny women (like almost all clothing is) and didn’t take in to consideration different body types. Disappointed I had to get this custom dress tailored.

I have purchased 5 dresses already and plan to continue! Service is excellent! If I have questions, I get a quick response. I've had to return a couple only because my venue changed due to covid-19. They were prompt and made it easy. Best online choice for any occasion dress!

Finally got to speak to an agent. I have been told that my dress is not yet ready and that due to the virus they have suspended deliveries. This is BS as I have recieved other items I have ordered from China. They are telling me that my dress is not ready because of the virus yet I ordered in January. Absolute joke. You do not get any communication from them unless you post a review here. So guys when you read this and ask me to take it down again please note I will continue to post negative reviews daily unless I receive my order BEFORE 7 March

We ordered two bridesmaids dresses from jjshouse in Dec 2019. They arrived before the promised time. The quality/color/material what was expected. Even with measurements provided by the site, we were a tad unsure of exact size. We ordered two and one fit beautifully. The communication was timely and responsive. The return process for the dress we didn't keep was seamless and my refund arrived as expected. We will use jjshouse again. Good experience.

BEWARE. This company is a scam and fraud. I am getting married in Oct and ordered my mother a dress from here and she passed away last week and I wrote them to cancel her dress 8 days before they shipped it out and they want to give me back only 40% of the dress cost and me to pay shipping cost when it hasn't even shipped yet. I will write as many bad reviews as possible and seek legal council. I will make this my full time job to let everyone know how they do business.

My wedding dress satin bag favors and cake set arrived today... beyond happy with everything. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW! I sent my custom measurements and it was tailored perfect NO ALTERATIONS NEEDED. It took 3 extra weeks due to covid I was panicked reading reviews but I am so happy I trusted them and waited for them. I can not wait to show my dress off! The savings i received ordering at Jjhouse made it worth the wait. It's bridal store quality.
