Technician did not check alignment as requested when purchasing 4 tires. Customer service rep apologized and said he would discount the alignment if the align was needed when i brought the vehicle back for the alignment check. I had to make another trip out the following afternoon for the check. Service rep still charged me full price for the alignment....

I got my oil changed during my lunch hour. I dropped off my car then walked across the street to grab some lunch Service was completed and my car was ready to pick-up when I finished my lunch. Very quick service!

I went in to buy 4 top of the line BFG tires. I was first wanting to go to Costco, but they were almost twice the price for similar tires. Then I looked at amazon, and even their sale price (free shipping with prime) was 20% more without install. I found these guys online, and they are only 3 miles away from where I live. I had to wait 90 minutes total, but they were kind and courteous and it was worth the wait.

I placed my order to have 4 new tires installed on my vehicle as well as making an appointment for the installation online- which was very easy and seamless. I received an email confirmation and call confirming. When I arrived, Forry had my paperwork ready and in less than 2 hours, my car was ready to go. I satisfied with the price of the tires I got, but was most pleased to hear the associate tell another customer that brought his car in for tires and brakes that his brakes looked fine and did not need replaced. To many times you hear about shops doing unnecessary work. It was comforting to hear that they treat ever vehicle as if it was their own. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

On Sept 9, 2014, my mother took her car to this location for four new tires after I made the reservation online and paid for the service. She waited an hour and then asked if the car was ready. The guy at the counter continued to say it wasn't ready for another hour without actually going back to check. It turns out that it had been ready when my mother first inquired about it. She became understandably irritated. Instead of apologizing and correcting the situation, the store personnel asked her not to return to the store. Of course this was after we spent $550. This was a very poor experience and makes me rethink the many times I have recommended Kauffman to others.

I ordered online for that certain tire brands & was surprised that they installed lowest price tire brands on my car without letting me know first before went ahead to install different brand tires. I was surprised that they went ahead without letting me know. Oh, by the way, thank you for coupon from email. appreciated it very much

Store made a mockery of Falcons discount, every one needed costly alignment,$89, available locally for $50 to $60; oil change $33; locally $20. It seemed as though the store was trying to negate the $160 Falcons discount.

Took over 1 hr to even start the job with online scheduled order. Walk in or scheduling makes no difference as they serve on the first in first out basis.

I had an 0800 appointment and my truck was pulled in the bay as soon as I was checked in. The entire process took less than 2 hours, and that was great!

I thought I needed 4 new tires, they said I only needed 2. . Not everyone drinks coffee and the waiting area had sodas . I knew my wheels needed alignment and they aid so too, but when I said I will wait, they did not try pressure me

Only negative is that I had an appointment but it seemed like others did too at the same time.. My car only went inside 30 min after my appointment time.

I buy all my tires from Kauffman. They are always professional and don't try and oversell me. Service is quick and done right the first time. Their policy of free rotations and free flat fixes made me a customer.
