I ordered the Krud record stand K 46 and it looks absolutely beautiful and the customer service is brilliant - i just wanted some extra wax for the stand and it only took a few days until I got the extra wax

Bought sideboard for £620 and few weeks later I received a sideboard made from freshly cut timber dripping with resin onto the floor!
Seller hasn't appologised , didn't explain anything nor answer questions. Just said he would arrange collection.
Lost a lot of time waitng for the sideboard now I have to wait ever longer for one from another supplier.

This business is fake there is no contact number . If you press the contact page there is no information .
An email address is all you have and a website with their products if they do them. I was concerned about the time they where taking so I pressed contact on their site and no number whatsoever.
Googled them and Bitronic systems who take your money and no number for this company either.
Searched the internet for phone number and nothing no one at all to speak to.
I emailed demanding my money back which he has refunded to pay Pal .
Didn't even try to convince me it was a real firm.

Great level of communication to clarify what was possible prior to placing an order. Price quoted was competitive and I feel reasonable for the size of item. Even with Christmas and the New Year "getting in the way" manufacture & delivery was very quick.
Unit is now installed and looks great!

Great furniture at a good price, very simple and full of character. I ordered two pieces, both arrived well packed and in good time. I asked for one piece to be altered after ordering and expecting a quote for the change, received a confirmation and the alteration was made. I bought a TV stand and record player unit (K22 and K36) and love both.

I was looking for the perfect coffee table and couldn’t find it to buy anywhere. I found a picture online and sent it to the company and he said he could make something similar which turned out to be more to our taste. I ended up placing an order for the coffee table, tv unit and a bookcase, it was a bit of a gamble but when the items arrived I was very very happy indeed. The Furniture is all high quality. We will definitely order again in the future. Thank you Krud Furniture.

Stunning furniture, we've ordered a TV unit and another unit for a Record player and Vinyl's; both delivered as per schedule. Loved it so much that we came back and order a coffee table and 2 side tables. Beautiful proper wood furniture, stunning look, fantastic finish.
As for customer service, the best I've had a pleasure to deal with. Andy - a great Salesman, responded promptly to all my queries; when one of the units was damaged in transit, he arranged a replacement within a few days.

I was apprehensive about buying furniture online but was more than pleasantly surprised when the item arrived. I love the chest of drawers I bought from Krud. They are heavy, good quality with soft close drawers and They look amazing. It took a few weeks to arrive but well worth the wait.
My only criticism was the communication regarding shipping and delivery was a bit vague. But otherwise all good.
