I took my car to get a service yesterday and they said it was going to cost 220 and said I needed tyres when I didn’t and when I asked what costed extra they couldn’t tell idiots I paid 340 for a 4 cylinder where anyone else would of charged 2-250 dollars I’m not happy I had a go at them

I highly recommend mycar Palmerston, the quality of service is exceptional. The staff are friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. When I first used the shop it was the end of the day when I enquired, they still went out of their way to help. By making calls to get what was needed and booking me in quickly at a convenient time for me. The price was also cheaper than another service I had visited before, whos quote was emailed a week after mycar Palmerston had done the work. I now always use Palmerston mycar as I find the helpful, friendly staff and high quality service is consistent with the added bonus of good pricing. Thanks guys, see you next time!

I had a dead flat battery. The manager came to me to see if he could start it. He was so kind. Then because it wouldn’t start he went back to the workshop, got a new battery to test it, and still no go. So I had to have it towed there to them and I got them to fix the problem. They were fantastic. I would highly recommend my branch. But do all go there or I won’t be able to get my car in when I need to!

Brought my car for regular rego check and asked to leave it for 2-3 hours. They lifted the car and failed the inspection for normal wear and tear issues on some of the equipment. DO NOT leave your car with them for REGO check as they will spend the time looking for things to fix or replace.

Took my car for a general service to Mycar Richmond. The service was excellent. They were upfront about the issues and as a single parent I couldn't afford most of them so it was discussed what was urgent and what wasn't and accommodated my needs the whole time. Their professionalism, service and friendliness was 10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back there again.

After being told that istop wasn't working so I needed a new battery, I called into Mycar Smithfield because i didnt understsnd what i had been told.
These guys made it really clear how istop works and why it affected my battery. They then ordered me a new battery at $100 cheaper than I was first quoted.
When it came they fitted it immediately AND fixed a brake light for no cost other than the battery and the globe.
These guys are wonderful and I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

Chad the manager was so friendly and professional.
He gave me a really good price for a Tyre that was damaged had a screw in it, had plenty of tread but he recommended that I get a new one due to my safety as the tyre wall had a chip in it.
He matched the price for the tyres that I recently got, such a good deal.
Workshop is so clean and organised.
The boys are great.

I clipped a concrete barrier and had to be towed to get two new tyres MyCar booked me in within half an hour and did a quick and professional replacement and even did a free wheel alignment.
Excellent friendly service and great value!

Booked my car in yesterday to replace my 2 front tyres after I discovered one had a leak and had to use the spare. I wanted to get the same brand/type as the originals for consistency and confirmed they were in stock and made a booking. After checking the price at other tyre places called them on the price guarantee and they were able to reduce the price of each tyre by $31. The service was prompt and efficient and I even got my 10% veterans discount. Once I got home I decided to have a closer look at my tyres only to realise they had put the wrong type on - same brand but not the type I ordered and actually a slightly cheaper tyre (I was charged for the tyre that I ordered). I called the store and they explained someone must have made a mistake and advised they would have to get the tyres I ordered from the warehouse to refit. These were fitted today with another wheel balance and alignment...

While I appreciate that mistakes can happen and it was a very similar tyre - I am disappointed in the overall experience and the associated time and inconvenience - as I wanted to minimise the wear on the wrong tyres they provided I was unable to use my car for 24 hours. Probably most frustrating is that most people probably wouldn't have noticed the mistake or become aware too late. Although I wasn't expecting any compensation there was no attempt to really apologise for the inconvenience or mistake - I was simply handed my keys and the updated service print out. I appreciate that this cost them time and money too - but I did not feel they took any responsibility for the mistake. I will not use them again.

I got my all 4 tyres replaced at mycar in south morang. Exceptional customer service by Adrian and the team. Friendly and cooperative staff and plus offer good discount offers.Highly recommend this place.

I had to have two new tyres put on my van and wheel alignment at the Arana Hills centre, and the staff were super friendly and had it completed before the time allocated. As it is during the COVID-19 time, they also wiped over all of the contact areas of the car where the service crew were in contact. I have had my other car serviced there and they have always been very helpful and competitively priced.

I don't know about the other branches around Australia but I can tell you the guys at the Marrickville shop are doing it right. I have used their service on a number of occasions and I have always found them to be second to none.

The car always runs like a dream, the price is affordable and the staff are extremely polite and courteous despite always being busy.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Took my car to my car they didn’t fix it in the end dropped it off at about 8am they didn’t keep me in formed the whole I rang them at about 4pm and nothing got done. Poor customer service I won’t go there again no way I don’t recommend imy car in point cook to no one I know.

Have been a customer of Kmart tyre at Arana Hills, for a couple of years, unfortunately it gets less quality and more expensive and not in customer’s benefit at all. Had my car there for general service recently, when I went to pick up my car, not all tasks done , although the invoice included $250 Labor fee, asking me to take my car in a month to have the rest of them done which could have been done Easily on the same day , and obviously being charged for another labor fee. Not happy at all .

I had a flat on Sunday, went on Monday afternoon, made no appointments or bookings as such, just walked in, spoke to service personal about my flat, I pulled it out of the boot of my car, they took it in, have a look at it, fixed it and put it back on my car, placed the spare donut tyre back in the boot of my car, at the end of it all, My Car Kmart did not charge me anything, I am surprise and happy.

Went into Ktas Southland no appointment spoke with Trevor he give us a competitive price on a set of 4 new tyres did a better deal than a quoted price we had suggested the best tyre options for our vehicle lucky to have them done within a few hours highly recommend the customer service from both Trevor and the team

Have been taking my cars to the sunnybank plaza team for a couple of years now. Service has always been excellent and they have always been more than accommodating to emergency situations (tyre puncture etc)
Loki and the team are great! Highly recommend

Ordered 4 new tyres off mycar, mobile guy turned up with 4 wrong tyres, told him to put 2 on the front and the other 2 changed over to what i ordered. Front 2 tyres after changing were so far out of balance i could not drive at 100km/h. Was told to take it to mycar store in Croydon, they fixed the balance but have jacked car up in wrong spot bent my bottom sill and damaged my vehicle to the point where i cant open passenger side door. They admitted responsibility then tried to fix it with double sided tape until i stopped them . Now when time comes to fix it professionally they are playing hard ball saying stuff like my door hinges could have dropped and that clear paint doesn't come off cars because its only 0.5 microns thick. Will not be using Mycar again.
