We ordered 2 table wine openers from this company and the first time we used them they were broken. We informed the situation immediately via email, and in the beginning they said that we were going to get a full refund, but in another email they said to dispute the charge with our credit card company because they were not going to give us any refund. We don’t recommend this company to anyone. We regret not checking all the negative reviews this company has

I bought 2 bottles of detangler sprays. Shipping was $10 for the 2 small bottles. They actually packed and shipped one of the bottles dirty and with no cap. POOR customer service.
