I have been buying from laptops4me.com for over 3 years. I have a computer business and count on laptops4me to get me parts and help. I have many many order with them and have spent this year over 10,000.00 with them and will continue to grow with them.

I just read the reviews below and was shocked and wanted to update everyone who is reading this.

Paid for fedex 3 day shipping 9 days later and 3 emails no reply and no answer when calling the number provided... And still dont have my products $140.00 I feel the money has been stolen from me! Beware all! I finally got the cards on is cracked and doesnt work the other works fine, And I did get a response finally the response was only to ask I change my review dont bother to waste time or money with this company!

I ordered an evercase 2u rackmount case + intel motherboard, took a week before order was shipped. then when finally got here, was no case, only motherboard. called, they were supposed to call me back with tracking # of case, said case was shipped.
Called them 4 days later, they said UPS thought the case was bent and sent it back to them, ya right. got my $$ back on case from paypal.
Found motherboard on newegg for $14 less, free shipping, sent laptops4me paypal request for pricematch. didn't get it. This company is unreliable. I'll never use again. I called evercase factory, they sending case, got tracking number same day.
Wasted 2 weeks of time messing with these guys. hope motherboard actually works.
Don't use this comapny unless you don't need the stuff you order for a few weeks or more.
You may find out in weeks that you are not getting what you ordered.

1)2 weeks after they received my money on June 9th, i received only one item (barebone laptop), which is not the one i ordered (i ordered 2 items altogether). This wrong item is poorly packaged, with no manual, no optical drive, all CDrom S/W is opened and used before.

2)Instead of sending me the right items immediately and meanwhile sending someone to pick it up, they let me send their item back( i paid the shipping myself, they said they gonna reimburse me, but they never did) and wait for their inspection, three weeks passed, i still had nothing.

3)Then they said this item was damaged when shipping back using UPS and since it was not insured (they didn't tell me to insure at all), they had to send this damaged wrong item back to me and I have to pay for it(what u call this if it's not rippingoff?). it was in their original box and packaged using their original stuffing. maybe it was already damaged when I got this item. I also have a UPS claim report stating the reason as insufficient packaging was used for this shipment(it was their original packaging).

4)After I called them, they said they would contact UPS and do the claim, but they never did. I have to do it myself.

5)They say their manager would call me, but the call never arrives.

6)It looks to me they didn't give a damn to their customer after taking the money, they also don't care their company's reputation at all.

7)I tried to resolve this issue from paypal's buyer protection program, but they didn't seem to be helpful, after this company knew I filed the claim, they told me they would not like to talk me again.

8)Now that almost 2 months passed, they just kept my $880 and didn't do nothing( not even that Hard Drive they were supposed to ship me). I have to ask help from my credit card company to take my money back.


This company's definitely a ripping-you-off company that should have been wiped out long time ago. I could have given them negative points if i could.

While the prices were great, my order sat, ready to be shipped, for 4 days. I had ordered it with Overnight Shipping, so I had expected to wait at most 2 (in case my order missed the truck on the day I ordered it). I am not sure I will shop here again.

I bought laptop memory from this store

This product sucks and costed me in vain both way shipping ($ 14) plus 15 % restocking fee. This was my first time purchase from this store and I am very much disappointed.

Technical experts say that memory shipped was good. I do not agree with that. I had another professional check the memory, it was crappy. On further clarification tech expert say that they sold this memory as a generic memory. THEY NEVER DESCRIBE THAT IN THE WEBSITE OR ANY TIME DURING THE PURCHASE.

THIS PRODUCT WON'T WORK WITH YOUR POPULAR NOTEBOOKS. SO DO NOT BUY IT.

I strongly NOT recommend this store to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I ordered a CPU and memory from this company which did not arrive until 21 days after I placed the order on their website. My computer would not boot with the CPU and memory they sent me so I emailed them several times to request help and then finally to request return instructions. I received no response after 2 weeks so I returned the entire shipment to them by UPS. They did not credit my credit card account after they received the returned items so I disputed their charge with my credit card issuer. They immediately called me when they got the chargeback from their bank. To my surprise, they claimed that they had not received the returned shipment at all despite UPS records showing their delivery signature for the return shipment. They then contested the chargeback on the basis that they had not received the merchandise back (despite their signature in UPS records) and also because I had violated their return policy by not obtaining an RMA number from them within 10 days of placing the order. In my situation, requesting an RMA number within 10 days of order placement would have been impossible since I did not receive my order until 21 days after placing the order. Some 4 months later, they now admit to receiving the returned shipment, but now claim that some items were missing. So, this is yet to be resolved.

Aside from the fact that the "4 day shipping" cost $10 and took 8 days, which I'm sure has more to do with the shipping company they use than it does Laptops4me, I was very pleased with my purchase and the overall experience. They had a nice selection, good product info, and prices for all budgets. The ordering process itself was pretty easy and they kept me up to date on my order status. If the need arises, I will buy here again.

I ordered a processor from this company on September 17, 2994; after cashing my money order on September 27, they cancelled my order on the 29th of the same month. It is now December, and I still am unable to get in contact with anyone who can either send me what I ordered, or refund me the money I spent.

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
