received my new shoes about an hour ago. Just to say I have never received such great service and quality when buying a pair of shoes. The other week I had to return a pair via Amazon - image looked amazing online but the shoes lasted less than a month before a hole in the sole appeared. The service was not really good. The delivery has not happened yet and due to customs it was prolonged way more than deliveries from other companies.
The money was withdraw without a delivery and after asking a question about the missing delivery I only was told to contact DHL. This should be the job of London Brogues. Especially regarding the document for customs clearance.
