As a first time buyer of an overseas property I found the whole process of applying for a mortgage very easy even though there were difficulties with the purchase of property. That was due to the knowledge, efficiency and diligence of the staff at Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy. They responded quickly to emails, phone calls and follow up of information - they always got results, and I didn't have to be there! I would thoroughly recommend Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy. Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy have helped us to purchase two properties in Mallorca.
We found Nicky and the MMC
team very efficient and they secured
us the best mortgage to suit our requirements, they also helped with valuations and guide us through Spanish property legal process.

Highly recommend - We received excellent support and guidance from Nicky,Tracey and Kim at Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy which enabled us to secure the best mortgage rate!

We have recommended them to friends and family and business contacts who have also benefited from his extensive knowledge and experience.

By far the best mortgage company in Spain and if you are looking for a bespoke service look no further.

Nicky did a brilliant job of talking us through the process of buying a house in Majorca and came up with a great mortgage deal. The completion of the purchase in a Notaries office in Palma with a cast of 16 people will be a day we will never forget. Nicky was there together with the bank manager. They do things differently here!!!

I first contacted Nicky at MMC 4 years before I finally purchased our dream property . The initial appraisal was spot on simple and clear to understand , all the small extras were documented and I knew when the time finally came that MMC would be my choice.
My hand was held at every stage right up to and including the day at the notary.
Highly recommended .
