I bought my Iphone 5 in December 2013. I just found out that the battery was eligible for a replacement without any fee from apple website. Once I found out, I quickly went to Frederiksberg Mentech Aps as one of Apple Authorized Service Provider. I went there, they quickly assessed and let me know what's the result the next day. They also let me know what's missing and provided me with a number to call(Apple Support) and what to ask. I informed them through SMS what I got from the call. In less than an hour, they sent me SMS that my Iphone battery was replaced and ready to be picked up on the same day. I was very grateful for what they had done as I didn't expect it. Their service is fast, excellent and beyond my expectation! It's like an early Christmas present for me. Thanks Mentech!!

Came in w/ macbook on Friday, was ready by Monday.

As a Sydneysider living in Copenhagen for a few months, and depending on my (late 2016 version) Mac I was horrified when it died on me just over a week ago. One of my sons-in-law (who runs a Mac, and studied computer engineering), warned me about the possible high cost of any repair to my Mac, so I called into one store in the city and asked about prices, as well as asking about any other stores which could do the job. They suggested Mentech. When I finally found the store I was relieved to be attended to by someone who not only spoke English (which of course many Danes do) but someone who was also sympathetic to my situation. He took my details and was happy to email me when the job was finished. (There is no landline where we are living). After some days I received the email and duly returned to the shop, where the same attendant retrieved my (now fixed) computer. I prepared to hand over my credit card only to be told that the fix had been done under warranty... just amazing and the icing on the cake of the whole experience. Thanks ever so much, Mentech! No data lost, a friendly assistant, and a free fix as well, how lucky am I!
