Their essential oils are very good quality. I used to buy from them on ebay for years and have used this site for the first time. I am very happy with their products, I just buy for my own personal use, and from experience I know they are effective.

To go to a web page that has easy access and products that you know you can trust plus the ever needed free P&P.... The essential oils that I need must be A1 and with Mother Nature's Goodies I know from past experience that I am getting just that. I am also trying their make your own soap with their products and can truthfully say that I know that I will be as pleased with this product as I am with the essential oils plus they give sound sensible and safe directions on their products.

I ordered some items almost 3 weeks ago and have repeatedly contacted this company to find out where my order is. I was recommended this company by a friend so unfortunately I did not check for reviews before hand! Despite sending emails, web queries and calling I have had no luck. The closest I got was when I spoke to somebody in customer services who told me that it wasn't clear on the website where my order was! He told me he was going to call back in 15 minutes--never did. I then called approximately 6 times but never got through to speak to anybody. This company is a disgrace and should not be allowed to trade. I would give it zero stars if I could

DONT USE - WARNING - WARNING - WARNING
After 3 weeks of sending 10+ e-mails, still no reply.
I paid over £220 for oils from mothernaturesgoodies.co.uk and I think the company has closed. No replies and no communication at all.
I have asked Paypal to close down their Paypal Account.

The website is still active and running, but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have already taken my money and don't sent or reply to my e-mails.

I've used MNG products for over 3 years; the Oils are excellent and delivery is prompt. As I smoker-my bad-,who doesn't like the smell of smoke in my home and on my clothes, I use 100% Aniseed for the home, Lavender oil, fabric conditioner and water for my clothes, and a combination of oils(5 parts Eucalyptus, 5 parts Peppermint, 3 parts Wintergreen and 3 parts Cajeput) as an Olbas Oil; MNG really are Essential for me and they cost less than the candles I use with Aniseed. for my home.

Being a first time buyer I paid for 2 items they sent a bigger size, I was willing to return it back but they said I could keep that as well as sending my items I ordered. They have been so helpful and very kind also very prompt in replying back to messages. Thank you so much and definitely recommend this company.

Arrived in less than 24 hrs!! The eucalyptus oil has a sweet backnote that stops it being overpowering and the orange is to die for. Best oils I’ve come across and excellent customer service along with very good prices. I,m going to order from them from now on as reliable good quality oils and service are hard to come by. Thanks MNG.

I placed an order on 8th December for items to make Christmas gifts. I received part of the order a week later but have never received the rest of the order. I have been a regular customer for a long time without any problems but not anymore. They claim to respond to messages within 24 hours but to date I have sent 4 emails and left 3 voice messages without any response. I am now giving up on this order but I will never use this company again. I would just like to know WHY they have not responded and what happened to my order.

These oils are very diluted - some oils are up to 75% less smell than ones I currently use - I had to use 4 times the strength to achieve any healing properties and when put in the aroma stream they last less than 5 minutes

I have used these oils for years and when I compared the new bergamot, rose, neroli and lime oils I received last week the smell had gone from my hand in under 2 minutes. I suspect it is cheaper because it uses more carrier oil than ever before

I've been purchasing excellent quality butters, oils and essential oils from Mother Nature's Goodies for well over two years now. I am exceptionally pleased and happy with their products, as I use them to make natural soaps and skincare products for my own business.
The staff always provide a great service, not just on pricing, but also with their friendly, professional customer service too. They've even gone the 'extra mile' when I've ran low on a product, to ensure I receive it the next day. The staff also have extensive knowledge regarding their products and are only too happy to impart their knowledge before I purchase a new product.
I am a very happy customer and thank all at Mother Nature's Goodies for their hard work and for being so conscientious in meeting the needs of their customers.
