I was unsure about motorwise service because of negative reviews but my experience was very good- after applying online in the evening had received call from them next day in the morning, they have booked me for collection much earlier than online booking system offered, driver contacted me day before collection, then car was collected exactly as agreed, amount of money came to my account exactly as agreed when applied online and exactly when it should.
Therefore 5 stars.
Thanks for AAA class service. :)

Very easy, simple process, and the guys who came from Charles Trent's to pick up both cars turned up first thing with 2 trucks and very quickly loaded them and sorted the paperwork. Excellent service.

I went online on Friday morning and filled in the required forms
I was rung an hour later by a local scrapyard and they collected it the next day and handed over the cheque

although I was offered a higher price, I picked motorwise as they used a local breaker, who kept me updated and collected the car within three days, collecting it on a sunday teatime, very professional driver, paid next day

Would recommend 100% Driver called me an hour in advance and was on time, he was also very friendly and pleasant, really good experience, and got the money a day early which was really good.

The whole thing was so smooth and they kept me informed every step of the way - chap who came to pick up was so good and he arrived when he said he would. Booking was easy, pick up was great and the money arrived in my back in 3 days. Would highly recommend.

Great service from the operator on the phone to the pick up driver the next day, all very efficient and a good price give, paid into the bank in 2 days

The site manager and staff at the Kirkby in Ashfield depot talked me through the procedure to arrange things on line (as i am a bit old and somewhat of a tecnophobe). Even my mobile is an old flip phone. Once I went on site and entered details, I was called back very quickly and details of the pick up from a local garage were sorted. The car was picked up and payment was in my bank within 5 working days! A very easy process with the great help of Kerry and his staff at Kirkby in Ashfield. Thank You very much!

I messed up with my online form couldn't get through on telephone emailed them and received a reply within 20mins then rang me and put it right for me very nice young lady and nothing seemed too much trouble.

I booked in without checking any reviews & only checked once the car was gone - panic set in!
I needn't have worried! The gentleman that collected my car was very polite & professional, didn't bat an eyelid when i cried (yes I'm a sentimental moron) & the money was in my bank account the next day! Cannot fault the company.

Service was bang on called back within a hour to arrange appointment to collect my car, arrive as said nice bloke that came out and my money was in my bank same day

I was contacted by a local business during the next afternoon after my initial online enquiry. My car was collected at 18.00 the same day; and payment was in my bank account by 21.00. The young man who collected the car was very friendly and informative, and he sorted contact with the DVLA automatically for me on his phone. The whole process was easy and trouble-free; and this lessened the real trauma of parting with a car that I'd had for 15 years. Thank you.

Service was excellent, contact was made with me very quickly as promised and arrangements made.The salvage contactor rang up to confirm collection appointment on the day and was bang on time.I was assured that payment would be in my account by end of day or at the latest the following day. On my return home I was very pleased to see that payment had been made within two hours.Cannot fault the service or the salvage contractor.
