Really terrible customer service. Similar experience to what many other reviews have said. I ordered a set of small soccer goals from them even though they were more expensive than comparable products from other companies specifically because they were advertising a 1-3 day delivery time (after I submitted my delivery zip code in Colorado). I really wanted the goals for a specific event for my kids later that week. I paid an additional expedited shipping fee of $26.99 for the 1-3 day shipping . The order wasn't shipped out of the UK until 3 days after I placed the order and I received the order 3 days after that (6 days after I placed the order). I tried calling them to arrange a return or at the very least request that they refund me for the expedited shipping charge. You only get a voicemail when you call them stating that they're unable to receive phone calls due to Covid (really?) and to submit your request via their website. I submitted a request on their website and received an automated reply stating that they currently have a 7-10 day response time, and to please not send any additional requests. That was on July 21st (today is August 19th) and I've still yet to receive any response from anyone at New World Sports (though I've been blasted with all of their marketing emails since then). Not a good company. I would never buy anything from Net World Sports ever again.

I ordered a soccer net and ball but needed to return...sent first email on the 29th July asking for return address and details. Received a reply 5th Aug saying that they would send me a different email with all necessary information on how to return. WHY I have no idea as they had replied why not put in the email. Anyway that email did not arrive, I then emailed on the 10th Aug advising that this second email with return details has not yet been received. STILL WAITING.........

Do Not buy anything from this company. They take your money, give you a date and don’t deliver anything. I paid over £500 for a cosy spa. They do not respond to e mails. I had to get my money back from PayPal. They gave also gave them 10 days to respond and they didn’t. This company needs closing down if it hasn’t gone bust already. Scammers!

Ordered a hot tub in beginning of July took money straight away promised 5-9 day delivery even had a phone call from them saying it was waiting delivery and that they had changed to 48 hr delivery still no hot tub I may have to take a trip to Wrexham and charge them for my out of pocket costs

Terrible company. Sold me golf cage on July 15 - paid $98 for 1-3 day shipping. ten days later half of the stuff arrives. They promise to send the missing pieces two weeks later. They never arrived. They didn't respond to further inquiries. Six weeks later, I am out of $520 without recourse.

Waited much longer than advertised for goods to be delivered. Goods eventually arrived without instructions but despite sending emails have had no response after 14 days. Queried a report regarding a possible safety issue and had no response after 11 days. Goods now developed a fault after just 15 minutes use but cannot find any other way of contacting other than via email which they do not respond to. To say that 'queries Resolved in Under an Hour is a joke. They're not even resolved after 14 DAYS.

This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They take your money and you never get your product. They don't answer the phone nor do they answer emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER! A SCAM COMPANY. WELSH THIEVES!

Don’t trust them. I ordered a top of the line soccer goal and the goal was partially delivered. The packages I received were torn apart and missing most items and other pieces remain undelivered. I’ve been trying to get help for over a month and they just keep ignoring me.

Don’t order from this company. I ordered a hot tub in June and the website said it would be dispatched 29th July. This came and went. I contacted them several times by email because their phone had a message saying they weren't taking calls. After several weeks I got lame excuses about delays but their website now said the hot tubs were available. I tried to contact them to cancel my order but got no response.....because the only way to contact them was by email!!! I eventually received my order on 4th Sept but it is smaller than the one I ordered. I’ve contacted them and again have heard nothing! I’m not holding my breath that they will provide any after service care! Just don’t order from them. You can’t even leave feedback on their site.....that speaks volumes!

Avoid at all costs. Stole £400 of my money and never heard from them again. Have reported to trading standards and had to claim money back from Credit card company. All phone lines are down, and emails are ignored. Yet you can still apparently order online for next day delivery!!! Disgusting.

I ordered from this company in July and the only thing they have been efficient about was taking my money. It is now September and they have not responded to emails or delivered the goods. Do not buy from them!

I ordered an excellently priced SUP board from Net World Sports and it’s just arrived. Within the time stated on my order. It’s fabulous. I’ve had great service and received a brilliant product at an excellent price.

I ordered a hot tub in early August and it was supposed to arrive within a couple of weeks. Heard absolutely nothing, tried phoning them and their call centre was closed due to Covid, I then emailed them but never heard a thing. I launched a dispute with Paypal, and fortunately got my money back as they couldn't even be bothered to reply to PayPal.

Would assume a website ending in .ca is a company located in Canada thus no duties. I was surprised to have it shipped from England and had to pay duties. Guess I'm stuck with the extra $20 surprise. On a positive, will say shipping was quick.

Great Garbo sports. The moment you look at their website it starts with a lie. This is that they have a telephone number, they don't ,the phones are all switched off. During the chaos of my order they actually rang me and my phone recorded a missed call. Guess what The missed call didn't record their number so you can't ring back. They want to be left alone. Do not order from this company, they want to be left alone.

I purchased a trampoline back in June knowing that it would be shipped on Aug.8. Well Aug. 8 came and went without them sending a tracking number or contacting me. I tried to call after Aug. 18, but their message said they weren't taking calls and to send an email. I did that and got automated reply that said they would get in touch with me within 10 days. No contact until I opened a PayPal dispute. When they did contact me, they said the shipping date wouldnct be until Aug. 28 but they were unable to refund my money at this time. Also told me that they would be willing to work with me IF I closed the PayPal dispute. They never responded after I said I wouldn't close the dispute until I was fully refunded. They never responded to PayPal. Paypal found in my favor. I will never buy from this company again.

Net World Sports failed to deliver an item ordered 11 April. Failed to respond to 2 email communications on their site. Reply emailed only after a dispute was raised with Paypal. Refused to proceed with review of the failed product delivery until the complaint was withdrawn. Paypal have received my payment for the product and freight. I still do not have the product ordered. $360 means nothing to Net World Sports and neither does my custom. I will need to rely on Paypal to sort this.

Do not order from this company - I paid extra for next day delivery and 4 days later still not received the rebound net. The customer service is atrocious. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

May 11, 2019 I purchased 2 ALU60 Soccer Goals. Order was placed over the phone. The customer service Person who took the order entered the wrong address for shipping (which wasn't discovered until May 15, 2019) when the order got to my home town in Texas. This Order was shipped from Wrexham England. I should have had 7 boxes instead I only received 6. May 16,2019 I went to install the 2 soccer goals thinking that my order was complete. Instead I discovered that I only had enough hardware to install 1 Goal. When I called the company they showed that the other box had been shipped to Korea. When I arrived back at the office I discovered the missing box that evening (5/16/2019). Again on 5/18/19 I attempted to assemble the second Goal. However, I discovered that the box containing the hardware is missing 1 part. Which again prevented my from setting up the second Goal the SECOND time!!! Today I called and informed the company of my dilemma. They said they will send me the missing piece (WHICH WON'T GET TO ME UNTIL THE END OF THE WEEK!!!!). I does NOT pay to spend extra $$$$ to Expidite your order, especially when part of it is shipped Half way around the world from your location. Then when it finally does get to you it is an incomplete package. As of Right now I would NOT recommend this Company for ANY of it's products or services.

Ordered my items on thr 27th Nov - it is now 18th Dec and its still not here - I was told no later than 6th Dec and charged 19 euro for delivery - fobbed me off when i rang to GLS - I paid them 19 euro to delivery so its thier responsibility and getting no where with them 13th I was promised it was in van for delivery and then yesterday i was promised it was in van for delivery i would not recommend this comapny i paid 170 euro for my purchases and 10 on top of this for postage not not not good enough I want my money back
