The company took our money for an order although they knew they were on the verge of applying for administration. Hopefully we will be refunded by our card company but OFS have let a lot of people down

Ordered and paid for a tv unit on December 3rd 2018. Told would take 10-12 weeks for dispatch received further email saying item would be delivered around 24th Jan. Then another email received just before 24th stating going into administration and cannot refund or cancel!! £290 out of pocket.. fuming!
