OpenTable

This app is the most UN user-friendly app I have ever experienced. It cancelled all of my reservation (I was forced to make 3 to accommodate our party of 10) and would not allow me to contact them. I tried to adjust it on the website, but the reservations didn't exist despite having both email confirmations as well as texts?! Tried contacting them by phone and after being on hold for more than 45 mins, moving from #6 in the queue to #3, it then said that there was an issue and I would have to try again later. Restaurants must surely be losing business by using this app.

We had a subpar experience at wildfire restaurant. After our dinner open table sent us a review request email. We shared our thoughts and felt our dinner and experience warranted the 1 star rating. We checked today to see if wildfire replied and found Open Table edited our review and gave the restaurant 4 stars. Total BS. If reviews are not honest they have no value. Sad.
