29/04/19:- Give correct information especially after making a follow up 9 days after placing my order. I phoned this morning & I was told the courier is delivering today, ..I phoned again after 3pm...no record on the system about my order & later to be phoned back that it will be tomorrow. To be honest, now i don't know when the delivery will come../ 30/04/19 this is what I received...1 tin dented & slightly opened

Internet side was good but I registered for the stage by stage delivery and not one stage was emailed to me. They just suddenly arrived one day left with a neighbor even though I asked it be left in my porch.

I due to the weather I have been unable to use my recently nonslip paint. However I first used this product about two years ago when I slipped on my decking and broke my wrist. Once I applied the non slip paint I felt safe when ever I walked on the wet decking. Although I did not re coat last year the decking still gave me a sense of safety which told me the non slip paint was doing an excellent job. Would recommend this product for anyone who has decking

I am a first time customer, order my paint over 2 weeks ago. It has not arrived and I have had no tracking or posting info sent.

I have had no follow up for my enquires as to where and when it is expected.

Too late to do the job now anyway as the work men who were doing it have moved on.

Very disappointed and will not buy from here again.

I ordered two items at the same time one item came within the timescale they stated the other item was ridiculously delayed. I phoned, I emailed only to be told:
Order is out in transit
Order was lost in system (three times)
Then when they said it will definitely be going out , I asked for first class delivery’ to be told we can’t do that.
No apology no nothing they have a good product but terrible service and a non existence after sales service.

Absolutely awful spent over £50 for my decking to look like a washed out sandpit, paint tins were full sand pit inside the paint tins Even after string before every coat it looks washed out and lumpy when applied to decking i was in touch about poor quality and I’m still waiting to here back 7weeks ago and so much for money back guarantee.

ordered on Thursday 18th/05/19 payed £10 for next day delivery received it on Wednesday 24/05/19 not impressed should never have paid the next day delivery. Live and learn want be ordering from you in the future

I bought the garage kit and found everything was included, even stuff I already had such as paint tray and roller. It was delivered very promptly.

There delivery was within 3 days of order.
paint was exactly what I ordered .
There web site was nice and easy to use and had full discriptions off the products
The paint was delivered and looks lovely on the decking .
Would use paint people again

Need to fulfil their delivery promises e.g. 48 hours, or review their delivery targets, as after 7 days I’m still waiting for my decking paint although PaintPeople cashed in my order the same day!

Courier tried to deliver item to wrong address because PaintPeople staff selected the wrong address from the postcode directory - item delivered the next day but was declined because the lid had come loose and contents were leaking into the packaging - 3rd time lucky tomorrow ! Paint People staff in the office did offer their apologies

where do i start.my order was confirmed on 11th april and eventually received on 14th may.I received notification of despatch on 23rd april..irecd a 2 requests for surveys despite the fact that my order had not been delivered.When i highlighted this you replied that you could not understand how a despatch notice could have been sent since product had been out of stock..Now let me come to the product itself.I ordered rich teak which asyou know is brown colour .What I received was orange coloured.The tin said natural wood tint.Apaper label stuck on lid said rich teak.I had replaced some decking whic required painting.Now I have brown and orange decking.50 pounds down the drain.i had to spend a furter 50 pounds to buy proper teak paint to try to rectify the situation
