I had a bathroom viewing booked in at our house and the staff member never showed up. Not only that but I then emailed to give them a chance to explain and am yet to hear anything. I had high hopes for a good service after walking in to the shop for some advice but I am left feeling extremely disappointed and time-pressured with this set back. Client service has been very poor.

Bathroom refit. Ordered product online Monday received email confirmation immediately. Money was taken from account Tuesday. Nothing received about delivery date or time. Contacted Plumbase by telephone Wednesday despite my email confirmation and them finding my order on the system they had not ordered the product from the supplier. Despite paying for delivery had to collect from local shop on Friday. Having dealt with a number of retailers over the past week they are far behind customer service in my experience. Quick to take the money for a product not they had not ordered.I should not have to chase my own order and I will not be using them again. No apology or delivery charge reimbursed. Very poor!

Used Plumbase to get a radiator delivered. It was a very competitive price for the radiator concerned. The radiator was not in stock but I phoned and Ian at the Rochdale branch said he could get it but it would take a week. A week later and Ian phoned to say that although he had got the radiator, it was damaged so he had ordered a second one and that would take another 24 hours. This is in sharp contrast to other places where we've ordered radiators - they just ship faulty or damaged ones out without checking them. We were a bit concerned as our house is difficult to find and couriers often struggle but the driver phoned when he was lost and then found us. So a big thank you. Very good service and we would definitely recommend Plumbase! Especially Ian at the Rochdale branch!

Bad service, went to collect a part from rochdale store after ordering online, it was the incorrect part, but guy at the store was mega rude, said I still had to take it and pay postage to return as online and stores are like different companies, bad bad service.

E-mailed days ago & no response. No option to fill out disabled adaptation form when ordering, (as advised by staff member at Ipswich last Thursday). Advised my products would take 2 days BEFORE I placed the order on 4th April & still not in!!!

After ordering a part and being told it would be in at beginning of the following week then not hearing anything to then have to chase it up. In the end they said it would be another week so decided to go elsewhere. Couldn’t get a refund cause they didn’t have enough money, waited a week still couldn’t give it to us and told us they’d call when they had it after 3 weeks we had to complain. When I went to go collect our money eventually, the manager was acting all nice and as I walked out made a very sarcastic comment about it ruining my life. So unprofessional and will never shop from here again! Nothing but trouble and rudeness
