We ordered 72 of the 22 oz coke tumblers for our restaurant and were sent 20 oz coke tumblers. They are NOT the same size as the ones we already have! I called the company and they said they measure to the RIM and that is an accurate description. I had to get approval for us to return the order. I then had to pay expedited return postage and request a return receipt which cost me $29 and I STILL have not received my refund even though it has been 12 days since they signed for the return. I have called and emailed the company and now I am going to reverse my credit card payment! I will NOT do business with them again

I was very happy with the order item, quick delivery, and pleasant representative.

I had been looking a basting cover in stores for months. Finally decided to look on-line and found it and few other items. The web was generally easy to use. The prices seemed good. My order arrived on time and was correctly filled. I would order from The Restaurant Source.

Ordered one item, the item was backordered, then finally my ordered was simply cancelled after a month and a half. Oh well.

We purchased a meat slicer and the motor burnt on it after two months. Of course I had to go through the manufacturer's repair person which has taken longer than I care for. I'm dissappointed that this product is carried by them. I won't be going back for big ticket items...if I go back at all.

REstaurnt Source always delivers for us - sometimes we wipe out their stock and still don't have enough product but we also have high quantity demands operating shelters and addictions prevention centers and need to feed over 300 people a day, 3 times a day. Thanks too to Ellen Bloch, she is the best rep and always accommodates our needs.

Our first eperience with Resturant Source was very good but the gentleman we worked with quit so when we tried to order additionals item the next week the lady that took the order totally messed it up. We ordered additional bar stools and table tops and everything that came was completley wrong. When we called they wanted us to figure out how to get the order back to them and we still haven't received the table tops

Order products almost one month ago and have not yet received the full order. There was no way to contact them but by email, but when I did, customer service responded very fast. There was no communication or apology that the order would be delayed. I think they had forgotten had I not responded first. I needed the product for a conference and was promised that it would arrive in time when I ordered it. Sadly, it did not.

When we received the order, one item (dozen of the soup spoons) was missing, RS was quick to remedy the situation and we received the missing item by rush delivery. Most satisfied with the product and especially the service. Our rep was Tuesdee and she was great.

I left 2 messages for the returns department and never recieved a response. I ended up getting my RA from the sales department.

I had ordered a Bloomfield 8572D3F - Koffee King Coffee Brewer- 3 Warmer, Automatic to replace a similar model that we had had for maybe 10 years. We needed a big capacity model for a very busy department. Delivery was fast, and staff are very happy to have their coffee again, and have reported no problems with it.
