Same experience as P, I ordered $100+ worth of drivetrain items, got an e-mail but no tracking number...useless to call the phone number because they have been taking inventory for a month now...uh, don't try e-mailing the addressess on the website, no one will return it. Crappy business model, I will not be ordering again and I hope that I can convince as many of my bike friends as possible not to order from these scammers. Can you imagine how far a little communication would go? Idiots.

Good contact with Randy, I received my order 3 weeks later in France. I spent one week with custom office (it's not duty-free :-)) because the invoice was missing on the box. "Bravo" to offer the best price...

I placed an order on 7/9/12 for a Zipp Service Course SL stem. I had to make a change to the order on 7/12/12. Randy was great about making the change to the order. However, I have not had any communication from Sage on when the part would be shipped. I still have not received the part.

Years ago under their old name they couldn't deliver a christmas gift on time, and today they can't deliver parts I need to complete my build. Should have purchased everything from ChainReaction Cycles in England, they only took six days!

I placed an order without checking the ratings here first. Big mistake! I ordered a set of bicycle wheels. After printing out my invoice online I was informed that the wheels were not in stock & would not be for several weeks. Further, I was told that their system did not add a $15 oversized item shipping fee. Shipping was supposed to be free! I canceled my order. My experience is the same as virtually all other reviewers for this company.

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
