I found the eagle thru pricewatch and checked here first as the website is more than a little bit lame. They delivered the lowest price and acceptable shipping. I was relieved. I will consider using them again.

I found Eagle Computer through one of those lowest price search engines while looking for a low cost laptop for my dad. I ordered the laptop easily on their website and omly later realized that the difference in shipping address (within USA) and my credit card address (outside USA) might cause problems. I called up service and they promptly helped me and told me my order had already been shipped. I placed the order on friday and it was shipped out monday. The laptop was as promised, brand new, factory-sealed, at a fantastic price. Eagle computers was a pleasure to shop with. I hoghly recommend them for your shopping needs.

I placed an order late on a Sunday night and my order arrived Wednesday morning via normal, ground shipping. Eagle Computer Systems processed and shipped it the day after I placed the order. Email communication was clear and complete. The order arrived very quickly and was accurately filled. I am completely pleased with the service and price that I got from Eagle Computer Systems.

This seller received my order on the 22nd (a Saturday). They advertise same day shipping on orders received before 4:00pm, so I expected my order to ship on Monday the 24th. When my invoice arrived late (Thursday the 27th), I called the seller. Although the invoice claimed my order had shipped on the 24th, customer service admitted it had not yet shipped. When I complained, they claimed that my card had not been billed until that day (not true - I was billed on the 23rd). When I asked them to fix their mistake by sending my order overnight, they told me I had two options - pay for overnight shipping, or cancel my order. So I cancelled my order.

Due to a manufacturer delay the 37" LCDs I ordered were delayed. Eagle upgraded my ground shipping to THREE DAY at their expense and got two large shipments to us on time for install and our grand opening. The price was the best on the net (did heavy research), the closest competitor [Tiger Direct] was over $50 more. I also purchased the three year warranty for each refurb unit essentially making them better than new.

Thanks again, have recommended your store to everyone who has seen the beautiful Vizio LCDs we installed in our store so far!

Submitted an order for a basic computer system, on 02/19/2007 after normal business hours. As stated on the web site the order would be shipped the following day. After not receiving any correspondence on the order by 02/23/2007, I sent an email to customer service requesting shipping status and a tracking number for the product. On 02/26/2007 I received an email stating the request had been escalated to their Sales Manager Shannon Spencer to determine the status of your order. After waiting an additional 6.5 hours for that status, I called customer service and was routed to a voice mail box. Since this was in the middle of the business day, I recalled the company and requested to speak to a person about my order. I was given to JEFF, whom after a long period of silence said he would have to check with the warehouse on the order. I offered to hold while he did this, and he said he could not contact them that quickly. I then asked if there was someone else that might be able to help me and he said NO. I then asked to have the order cancelled, and a refund issued to my credit card and he stated he could not do that either. I then inquired as to how we might be able to resolve this matter and he stated that I should call back tomorrow sometime and maybe they would have some information. I asked what time to call to eliminate having to call multiple times and he said 'whenever'. Obviously not a very customer concerned employee, nor interested in trying to resolve my concerns. I would caution anyone looking to make a purchase from this company to beware of their lack of customer concern, and inability to provide information in a timely matter. Make sure you have Lots of time to deal with the customer relations hastles that likely will occur.

Placed an order on January 16th. Payment was taken the same day. Never received a confirmation email. I emailed them to check the status. Received a reply the next day stating that they will look into to it. The next day I receive notice from paypal that my money was refunded by eagle. I was not givin any explanation as to why, there is no email notice from Eagle just the refund. I guess I'm lucky to get that!

I have placed 5 orders from this company and have been happy until now. First, the last order took 13 days from order to shipment and I had to call for a tracking number. Second, the system came with a bad power supply (it wasn't even plugged into the motherboard). And third it was missing a stick of memory.

Their response, send the whole thing back for a refund (at my cost of course) even after the delay in receiving it). Second option, contact Acer for replacement parts. Again, completely unacceptable as they should know what they are selling. I am done doing business with this company.

I finally received the laptop I ordered, but it came with absolutely no documentation only a one page packaging slip. The laptop is in excellent condition. From what I went experience to get this laptop I am feeling lucky that it even works. I'm going to stick with known dealers that I have had good past experience. If I had to make this purchase again I would not.

Their website advertises "Same day shipping on most orders before 4pm CST". I ordered early in the morning -- before they even opened -- but they shipped my package on the FOURTH business day. They were very nice on the phone but I'm disappointed about service speed.

I purchased a Boston Acoustics radio from Eagle at 30% less than the next lowest seller. The item was sent out the next day well packaged and arrived safely, I was extremely impressed by the follow ups to see if everything was satisfactory. This was one of the best internet buying experiences and I would recommend Eagle computers to any future purchasers.

Same story, found a sony laptop at a good price, placed order, got confirmation letter, then on Monday, received a call from a rep telling me the laptop is OOS, but they will sell me another model at a higher price. Rep gave me some BS about "wireless lan" being different than wifi. very bait and switchy to me.

I had to have a new monitor by Monday, and placed my order on a Wednesday afternoon. Order was shipped same day as promised, and I was able to track it and had my new monitor by Friday evening. Even better, the price was the lowest out of a number of other merchants I considered purchasing from. Email updates were great, easy to read and I never had to wonder what the status of my order was. Recommending Eagle to all my friends!

The original laptop failed to work within the first day after arrival. I called Eagle Computer with this problem, and was immediately given courteous assistance and instructions on how to return the computer. I received the exchanged laptop very quickly. The service was fast and courteous. The prices are excellent. I would recommend this store.

I bought my wife a new lap top to replace an older Dell that had a blown power source that I decided wasn't worth fixing. I choose an Averatec 6210. The price was very competative, the shipping was on time and the machine is as ordered. My only negative was I was led to belive I would have free shipping and was charged $18.

I bought an Averatec 10 inch refurbished laptop with extended warranty from Eagle. The order was received timely and the equipment has worked out
well. I lost my email receipt, emailed their customer support and they sent it again within 24 hours. I would recommend them.

Eagle Computers was one of the few online stores that had the M version of the portable scanner I needed. I ordered it, and it arrived in about 3 days. Very well packaged and at a very competitive price. Will shop with eagle again!

I placed an order for what was ADVERTISED as an MP3 player and a rechargeable battery, but was only sent a battery. Neither person I spoke with appeared in the LEAST bit interested and would only transfer me to the apparent ONE person that could help me, who is apparently not in today! One person said "we have over 2000 items, certainly we're allowed a few mistakes!"
