Charged credit card $103.20 when order was only $27. Never received product (Prelief) and told they haven't carried it in years.Will not return emails. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Fighting with credit card company now.

I'm very satisfied so far got my confirmation email within a minute of placing the order, now I’m
just waiting for the order to be shipped and to get my tracking number! I'm sure logical-plus will
provide me with awesome service, I have ordered other parts from logical-plus before and everything went great!

Everything went great, got my UPS tracking number the next day and received my
package three days later, I knew logical-plus wouldn't let me down :)

I ordered the PQI Intelligent stick 2.0 128mb flash drive from them and chose the free USPS shipping option they had. They quoted a two-three day processing time and 11-13 day shipping time. I ordered mine on 3/24/04 and got it on 3/27. It was well packaged and at a great price.

I did mention that I was a resellerratings.com member.

I'll be back to buy more.

i ordered some generic 1gb ddr400 ram from their site for $54 with free shipping, got it fast! ordered on 7/24 got it on 7/28!

I ordered some Sdramm for my Dell Dimesnsion 8200. I was promised delivery in 10 days. 15 days passed and I emailed them to find out what happened to my order. A full day later they emailed back that they would look into it. The next day they tell me that it is backordered and no date when the memory would be in. On Jan 22 I emailed them again to see what the staus was on my oder and they emailed me back the next day that it had been canceled! No notice - Nada Stay away from this company.

First email with a tracking number was wrong, but they responded to my email with the correct tracking number within a day.

I made my purchase on January 11. It is now the 24th. A side from the automated email at the time, I haven't heard a thing from them. They won't respond to multiple emails. They haven't responded to several phone messages over the past week. Tomorrow I call the credit card company to cancel payment. ******* DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ********

I live in Sydney Australia and placed my order (including the international freight fee) via the website. My credit card was debited straight away and I received an order confirmation instantly. Two days later I received an email confirmation that my order was shipped and I should expect it in 5 to 10 days. 3 weeks went by with no response so I emailed them and a customer service rep responded and said that it may take a few extra days because it was an international shipment. 1 month went by and nothing, so I emailed the cust service rep again and asked for the consignment note number so I could track he shipment from my end. He said that he was not provided with tracking information. All up I emailed him 10 times and have had 3 replies. In his last email to me he said that he will come back to me on Monday (which was 20 days ago!!), he also mentioned that the shipment could have been seized by customs - I contacted customs and they said that if an import has been seized, a letter would be sent to the recipient (I have not received a letter). I have called the cust service phone number in Massachusetts twice and have left messages quoting my order number and asking for a response and I have heard nothing. I do not think I will ever hear from them again nor do I think I will get a refund.

I paid for 2nd day shipping and thgey sent it US mail. When I finally received the shipment, it was the wrong product (compact flash instead of secure digital).

I am now working with them to try and resolve their screw-ups.

Ordered 2x256 MB DIMMs of GSkill DDR with the Samsung TCCD chips - the current king of DDR chips. Price was competitive with other DIMMs using the same chips. I placed the order on the night of Oct 13 and chose the 7-9 business day shiping option via USPS. I got the RAM in the mail on Oct 16. I was VERY impressed. I got what I ordered, I got it fast, and it works as expected. I would definitely order from them again.

Ordering went without a hitch... I'll update this when I receive the product... I ordered the Sony SDM-V72W/B Widescreen 17" LCD monitor... Odd thing is this: the two stores on www.pricewatch.com that list this monitor for the cheapest are Logical Plus and Shentech... The weird thing is that they have nearly the exact same store layout and design, but Logical plus has a 10/10 reseller rating while Shentech has a much lower rating... weird...

I ordered on the 8th of september, and was told it would be shipped out within a few days, on the 10th I contacted them and told them it would be sent out the next day. I emailed on the 12th and they claimed it was mailed, "In a small brown package" and I should receieve it with regular mail, even though I paid for expedited shipping. On the 16th, I recieved an email saying my order had been cancelled because I never responded to a verification email! They tried to place the blame on me! Bad company, no phone number to contact, very shady, I think it is some guy working out of his basement. Buy from a reputable dealer!

Tried to order a Evercase case from them only to be told 2 days later their website was in error, they never had it in the first place. Was then informed they had a similarly named case. Only problem is the part number they gave me does not exist on the Evercase website. Clueless company.

Placed a small simple order on Sunday night for a "basic quality" SODIMM at a great price, received it on Friday, and installed it with great success two days later in my client's machine. Shipping was the PriceWatch free shipping which is quoted as "11-13 business days", but we're within the same state and cannot imagine USPS 1st Class ever taking longer than two days within the 48 continental states.

Ordered 1 stick of memory at a really low price just to see if they would send one before ordering more. They claimed that the post office could not verify the address that I have been using for two years now with no problem. Obviously they didn't have the product that they were advertising. They stated that they would issue me a full refund in 1 to 2 days. It was ordered on July 31. It is now September 15th. Guess what - no refund as of yet. I will have to go through the credit card company.

I ordered a notebook hard drive on tuesday and got it the next monday. I sent out emails and got responses in at most 2 days. The stuff arrived in good condition. This seller also has a lower price for the product with the quality. I recommend it to the other buyers who are going to buy cheap stuffs from the internet.

Placed an order with Advantage superstore on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 at approx. noon for a Sony DSC U20 digital camera. Website claims orders ship the next day. Paid a large amt. of money to have item shipped 2nd day air in hopes of getting camera for Valentine's day. Camera didn't ship until Thursday and according to UPS's tracking system it's not scheduled for arrival until Monday. That is a 6 day wait on what should have been a 3 day wait. Why bother having the fast shipping options if a consumer can't get their item any faster than ground shipment? I only do business with well established online companies that have reputations that precede them and according to yahoo shopping these guys are supposed to be five stars all the way around. No thank you. I'll take my business somewhere else from now on and I'll make sure to do a little negative word of mouth advertising amongst my colleagues.
