I have made eight separate purchases (10 ounce bars and 2 oz, Canada silver coins) this year and am pleased with the products, speed of delivery and packaging. The website is easy to maneuver through too, which is important to me because I'm not of the younger generation that grew up with computers. I admit I simply started buying from them because of price, but they really are - at present at least - a company I can trust.

Excellent experience with your company. I was to buying precious metals, took a chance on what I hoped would be a good experience and it has been. Great selection and shipping has been perfect. Lots of options to pay as well.

ALWAYS an efficient, pleasant experience. My only concern is when my valuable PMs are deposited in my mailbox instead of hand delivered ( Can Post ) . This security concern should probably be addressed.

We have been customers since 2012 and this is the first snag we ran into. We placed an order on September 28th, 2017 for 3 RCM 1oz Gold Bars because the website said they had unlimited stock and after 2 weeks we got concerned and we called to ask why we had not received our order yet; since it had never taken this long before. And we were told that they hadn't received the shipment from the Mint yet. If we would have known that Silver Gold Bull didn't have stock; we would not have placed an order. Because that $5,000 was part of our life savings and 3 weeks was a very long time for our "money" to be in Limbo. The website should reflect the "real stock quantity".Brian & Joanne

The 10 oz RCM silver bars are second to none, 9999 pure with a unique serial number and beautiful finish. They are the ideal size/weight. The 1 ounce 9999 silver Maples are my favorite bullion coin with the highest legal tender amount...$5 as opposed to other countries. SGB's six coin presentation display case holder loaded with Canadian silver Maples makes a great gift for Christmas and other occasions.
