This Company always does a great work, it got more then 100: 5 star reviews on fiverr and alot of on upwork as well :) They always focus on satisfying us clients

I ordered a Tungsten T3 on January 8, 2004.
On January 9th Softwareprince.com billed me $350.64.
On January 10th they cancelled my order.
On January 12th they billed me a second time for $350.64.
They have now billed me twice for a product - and they cancelled my order.
I have submitted disputes with my credit card company, and Softwareprince.com has not responded once to many emails and calls to their customer service phone.

you might be talking about this domain previous owners because we just registered it and your comment was already there so please remove your comment. we just sell softwares and not anything like Tungsten, our website was registerd 3 months ago and we didnt own it before 2020-06-18. you can check it on https://www.whois.com/whois/softwareprince.com

Order two items, Nero 6 Ultra (Thats what it said on the web site} and received Nero express, Web site was incorrect. Ordered Word Perfect 11 office and they charged me right away. Invoce showed it in the Box, No Wordperfect 11. They said it was coming after several emails they said they would refund the money. It took a couple of more emails and they did refund the credit card.

They don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls. Only after leaving several messages did they return my calls and several emails did they refund the Money. I will not buy from them again.
