From the first enquiry through follow-up, video, the to and fro of questions and numbers to an agreed deal and arranging collection, Stephen Hall of South Hereford VW was an absolute credit to the organisation; it can be difficult to balance modern technology with the human touch but it’s fair to say Stephen did so expertly, and I found him to be a consummate professional throughout who took time to understand my needs and to meet them in timely fashion.

As credit ought to fall where it is properly due, I considered it only proper to provide this feedback.

I'd recommend South Hereford Volkswagen Hereford because Karen Kennett was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable on the vehicle, personable and overall a pleasure to deal with. My experience with other car sales people in the past has not been good - they are pushy, arrogant and actually do not listen to your requirements. Karen on the other hand made the whole car purchase experience enjoyable. I will definitely be going back to VW Hereford just so that I can deal with Karen.

Huw and Vicky treated us with the utmost courtesyandwent the extra mile to ensure that we could collect the car at very short notice to suit us.Vickies immediate video response to my email queryon a sunday afternoon made me decide at once to abandon looking elsewhere.thankyou both.

In this busy world, the guys took the time to respond to queries about the vehicle I purchased (it was amy Internet purchase as I live 154 miles from the dealership) completed everything necessary to allow me to turn up on a Saturday morning on the train and be back on the road home within 90mins.. without feeling like I'd been through a fast food drive through..

The experience at South Hereford Volkswagen Whitchurch was excellent due to the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was made straightforward from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Samantha the sales person did not communicate that the delivery driver had left late and therefore would arrive 2 hours late in London to deliver the car . . . a simple phone call top update us on the situation could have saved a lot of stress all round . . .

I have been looking for 7 seated Vehicle for my wife for some time now, so we checked out this garage. and the service was second to non. the men I was dealing with where Andrew Barr and Rhys Phillips. these guys showed the options very well and never to pushy and that's the service I like. I have always avoided main dealers, thinking it was to expensive. that is not the case. Andrew Barr and Rhys Phillips are an asset to the garage
