The RDX Focus Pads are a quality product. Made from a combination of high grade leather on the outside with reinforced stitching means these pads are built to take a pounding. They are lightweight, well padded for impact and perfect for what I needed. They offer a snug secure fit and so may need a bit of use before they bed in for those with larger hands. The pads were received in good time and came securely packaged. After using these pads for a few months I can highly recommend them.

World of Books always seem to have what I want and at a good price. Postage is free and the book always arrives in water-tight packaging very shortly after I place my order. I personally recommend them as I have purchased from them many times and always to my satisfaction.

I ordered from Unitednewfrog 12/09/14 just because they were on E-Bay & they had a better price on the idem I needed. With in 4 days I got some kind of Junk gift & was told my order was on the way. Jan 9,2015 still no item. Ask for money back. They ask for 10 more days. Today is Jan 23,2015 . Still nothing. I had no choice but to order item from another vender. It arrived in 3 days. Just my money back from Unitednewfrog. SWZ

I purchased a fence charger from Maxhootie on Ebay 11 16 10 it was defective. After three Emails to him he said he would replace it if I returned it. I sent it back 12/31/10. After five Emails asking if he had received it I heard nothing from him. I filed a complaint to his local BBB, He finally responded claiming he never received it and that he had emailed me and told me so. I never received any emails from him after he said he would replace it.

I have been buying and selling on eBay now since 2001 with a 100% satisfaction level. I recently met one seller who I would call at minimum, "scoundrels"; the eBay store is named "Electronics-Cafe" and has tons of items for sale at relatively economic prices. The advertising is well designed and shows photo ads of near-new looking items with the aura of a fresh, bright retail establishment.

Not long ago I found a group of 5 VOIP ATA devices up for sale as a “bulk item” offered by Electronics-Cafe. I missed the bid window and was frustrated. Strangely then about 2 weeks later my saved search showed up with the same 5 bulk items for sale again with the same description. I bid and won.

When they arrived I tested them and found all 5 of them defective. I contacted the seller Electronics-Cafe and they would not work with me at all. They said they were as-is. The write ups stated that each had flashing light when powered up, and the fancy advertising the store produced made these items look near new.

Per my credit card company, I issued a charge-back and returned the items. However, after the items arrived and before I could even get started with the charge-back, I noticed that Electronics-Cafe put the items up for sale again! They never offered to refund my money or contact me, they just proceeded with reselling them!

I had included a full test report with my return, identifying for Electronics-Cafe what was wrong with each of the devices and notified them they were only worth scrap-plastic value. With Electronics-Cafe knowing this, they refused to give me a refund, yet still put up the same advertisement as before without updating with my test results – stating the truth that all 5 were defective.

Further investigation via eBay “completed items” showed that these same items had been sold, returned and resold now 3 times, with Electronics Cafe knowing full well they are 100% defective and their M.O. to just keep re-listing until someone took the bait.

Further investigation shows that Electronics Cafe has another store front of http://www.ewaste.com and collects scrap items meant for the garbage dump (see the photos of piles of trash on that store front). Then they sell them with the bright, new retail-looking store front of "Electronics-Cafe" on eBay at the rate of about 2K active items at any given time.

From "eWASTE" to "Electronics Cafe" - I think this at least needs to be disclosed. Buyer beware!

On Jan 2, 2013 I emailed Electronicscafe asking what kind of hard drive does the laptop use? Is it a 2.5 Sata? I was informed that it was Sata. I paid via MC and the laptop was delivered on Jan 8, 2013.
The laptop was in an odd shape box for a laptop. The box was very square with laptop placed in a diagonal, not flat. I noticed right away the laptop was not the same as I ordered and returned the same day.
I informed Electronicscafe of the return and they nicely responded via email they would give me full refund including the extra return shipping.
Since the time of return it has been an absolute nightmare to get my refund.
I’ve scanned invoice and emailed 3 times. The last time was on Jan 23, 2013 and received a response from Electronicscafe “not sure if you got my email. but i read the receipt and will be crediting your account tomorrow. best/tim” on Jan 24, 2013. Still haven’t received it.
I have been promised numerous times I would be receiving my refund and up until now have not. I’ve sent a email every day since Jan 23, 2013, notifying and asking when I would receive it without getting a response.
Electronicscafe has promised numerous times via email they’re refunding my account and it never comes through.
Either customer service is lacking or this company is a complete fraud.
Be aware when purchasing computer equipment from Electronicscafe.

I started my own business about a year ago and I was having a terrible time finding products for a reasonable price. I found Electronics Café and decide to start by purchasing a laptop from them. Before I finalized the sale, I had several questions and I emailed them. I was very impressed with the fast and professional responses I received to all of my questions. I ordered the laptop and it arrive it was in amazing condition and works like a charm. After that initial purchase, I have continually bought products from Electronics Café continuously over the last year, each time receiving extraordinary service and products. I would highly recommend this company for personal and professional use.

I bough my Sony FX7 and it was nothing but trouble, not only did i get quoted 3 different prices from 3 different people on the phone when i called them from Japan, but then once i sent them the final amount owed as per their emails they then said i had to give them more money because that quote in the email was incorrect.

After i paid yet more money they finally sent the item of and declared it as being worth well under the $2000 value so customs at the airport stopped the parcel and i had to go through the whole process of dealing with customs and providing proof of value because JerseyPhoto have no idea what they are doing.

By far the worst company i have dealt with in my life, once more they send me emails asking for a 5 star review yet they dont want to even refund or fix the issues they caused.

I purchased RAM on Ebay from this seller that was incompatible with my system (VIA KT600) despite auction claim that RAM was compatible. After complaining to seller, they recommended that I instead return the RAM and "upgrade" to their "guaranteed compatible" RAM. This is plain BAIT-AND-SWITCH! After refusing and demanding full refund, I returned the item as directed by seller. Seller then stated that I must first cancel the Ebay transaction and leave positive feedback or remove any negative feedback before refund would be granted. As requested, I canceled the transaction but then only received a partial refund. After complaining again, seller stated that only partial refund was given to cover sales tax and "handling fees". I was again told that I could purchase higher priced RAM with a "discount". This is FRAUD and my experience is exactly as described by others (see http://www.steampile.com/web/web/4a9c01c33dde8). This seller practices Ebay feedback extortion and is a BAIT-AND-SWITCH operation.

Just came across this site for reviews,
Ordered "4GB PC6400 DDR2 800 PC2 6400 800MHz 240PIN MEM 2GB x 2" And as the other folks the memory wasnt the right memory and If I gave them good rating they would give me a refund, or for an extra 27.75 they would send me the proper memory for my computer, I e-mailed another member and gee the same thing happened to them. Its a scam they have come up with to take our money that seems to be perfectly legal and falls into a gray area of ebay, I would never deal with them again and suggest everyone to think twice, I told them they were crazy to think I was gonna give them a positive rating when I'm sitting here with 100.00 of worthless memory..I had to pay for the return and insurance on the bad memory along with an extra 27.75 for the memory I thought I was buying in the first place..Good luck...

I made 2 purchases from SmileNTango on eBay who apparently also goes by the names Arumix Inc.,Durabaar, and Koybe. The first was 1Gb PC3200 High Density RAM. It didn't work, so I ordered 1Gb PC3200 Low Density RAM from them. When the second RAM didn't work, I started researching the numbers on the chips. I found the manufacturers and datasheets for all the RAM. The first RAM was 512Mb instead of 1Gb even though it had a label on it saying it was 1Gb. The second RAM, (also marked 1GB PC3200), was 512Mb PC2700 High Density RAM even though it was supposed to be 1GB PC3200 Low Density. One incorrect label and shipment I could understand possibly as a mistake. Two in a row within a matter of days flat shows deliberate dishonesty. I took pictures of the RAM showing the part numbers and labels. I sent the pics and links to the datasheets to SmileNTango proving their fraud and demanded a full refund and prepaid postage to return their product BEFORE I sent it back. They gave me excuses and the run around and finally said it was eBay policy for buyers to pay return shipping before a refund. I escalated my claim to eBay and received a full refund 4 HOURS AFTER I FILED. That's how solid the evidence was. I also filed mail fraud complaints with the USPS. Even though I got my full refund back, many haven't been as fortunate. Just do a Google search for "smilentango fraud" and you'll see what I mean. I suggest everyone do the same if they've been scammed to get these guys shut down. The more complaints the USPS gets about someone, the more likely they'll take action and press charges. Mail fraud not only carried stiff fines, but also involves jail time.

After reading this company's eBay feedbacks, I decided to order a Nikon D80 Kit with 2 Nikon lenses from them. However, I did not use eBay to make my purchase due to the fact that I wanted to make customizations to my purchase. Instead I ordered by phone trusting that nothing bad would happen. I called them twice prior to making the purchase because I wanted to get some more information about the kit I wanted first. In those first 2 calls, I was helped by 2 sales reps that seemed like they didn't really need my business. They weren't technically mean to me, but they nonshalont about everything and seemed like they didn't want to put any effort into trying to make sales. They answered me with one or two word answers only, and they could care less if I bought anything or not. Because of that, I didn't make any purchases from them during those 2 first phone calls. After comparing prices with other merchants, I couldn't believe Time2Envy had the best price for the particular kit I was looking for, so I decided to give them one more call. This time I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Brady. He was much nicer, more willing to answer my questions, and genuinely wanted to help me out. Aside from the fact that some of their accessories were a little expensive (such as their filter kits being $99 for a UV, PL, Circular), he was able to give me a great deal on a 20+ piece kit that included the Nikon D80, 18-70mm & 70-300mm Nikon lenses, a 5-year extended warranty, and whole lot of other awesome accessories. Most importantly, he didn't pressure me to buy anything and he had outstanding customer service skills. One thing he helped me with that I really appreciated was instead of their usual small softcase for cameras, he was able to modify the package and got me a much larger camera bag that my camera and all my accessories could fit in. Shipping was moderately fast, which got to me in less than a week.

Recently, the tripod that came with my camera broke, so I called Time2Envy to see if they could do anything about it. After being transferred to the same sales rep (Brady), his customer service was nothing short of EXCELLENT! Without any hesitation, he just said there would be no problem for them to ship out a new tripod. My experience buying from Time2Envy was not good at first because of the lack of effort from the first 2 sales reps, but Brody's superb customer service really overshadowed my bad experience. Luckily, Brady was able to change my initial opinion of this company. Overall, my experience with them was definately a positive experience. Thank you so MUCH!!!

After some time playing with my new toy now, I just love my Nikon D80! It is my first SLR camera and it's been nothing less than spectacular. I had never taken such nice pictures in my life prior to my D80. I wondering how much better my pictures would be with some pro lenses??? I'll just have to find out.....LOL!

Purchased from eBay, they were quick to charge cc, have still not received item after 2 weeks! Have had to continuously call and ask where item is, had been told was shipped, but could not provide tracking number, did not arrive when told it should have.. do not use this company!

I ordered a Canon GL2 camcorder via phone and was 110% pleased with the customer service they provided me. I ordered the item on the 8th of April and asked if I could have it by the 11th for my son's birthday and they made it happen and when the extra battery i ordered was out of stock I called to find out a ship date and they offered to send out the next size up and no additional charge.
