Unprofessional, inept, slow, false advertising, false information, no customer service and no communication. Altered my order with no explanation and still sent the order after I canceled, anything for a buck. It is not worth the 1/100 of a cent you might save

Never got what I paid for. Placed an order six weeks ago, received multiple reassurances my product would be delivered as ordered. I received only 1/2 of what I ordered, no explanation given. After contacting them via e-mail, I was told some of the product was unavailable after all, but I was still charged for some of the product I did not receive and shipping charges for everything. Multiple attempts at contacting them finally resulted in a promise of partial refund, but they have not offered to refund any of the shipping costs. A company shouldn't have to be chased around to get a response, and I specifically told them NOT to cancel any part of my order... I am getting a brush-off and minimal response to my concerns and it looks like they are ripping me off for shipping costs.

Online purchase did not work in the morning when I first tried. I wanted the ammo but the order would not go through. I did not want two orders so I did not know when I could be sure that the order went through or not. Very confusing. Very satisfied with the ammo. Good quality for what I want to do and very good price. Thank you

While the prices are competing with the other low prices and the shipping cost is the best, having bulk ammo be free of charge, sometimes their website would crash and I had to wait 5 hours to order some ammo.

I have made several purchases thru target sports USA and my ammo has always came in a timely manner. Packaged nicely and have had zero flaws with any ammo purchased thru them.

Used this as my duty ammo for years and I think there is no better 9mm ammo available for law enforcement and personal protection purposes.

I placed an order recently for 11 items. I was sent 1 out of the 11 and when I contacted CS on what happened I received no response.

I ordered 10 boxes of ammo and as an impulse buy due to their recommendation added an ammo can. They sent me the ammo can... which I didn't really want but figured I'd support them by buying it. My reward is I got something I didn't want and not what I wanted. No response from CS. They could have explained why they didn't fulfill my order and gave me the option to cancel the entire order.

Instead they just sent 1 item out of 11 without saying anything.

I wanted to buy 1000 rounds (free delivery) and 2 other items ($11.00) for delivery. Aren't they coming on the same package.
I bought the rounds, now I'm going to Cabela's bass pro for the other items.
No brainer.
