Was all great sofa turned up guys did not assemble sofa their was a small flaw in sofa I’ve contacted them twice they have read the msg now have blocked me trading standereds have been contacted please avoid horrible company

Had a sofa delivered from these guys the other week, sofa came very quickly and i was very happy with the service, the lady in the office was very helpful and even made amends to my order for me after i left the store. Would buy again and will be back for a mattresses in a few months time, when i have saved the money

AVOID AT ALL COSTS This company gave very quick service taking my order and deposit after 3 different delivery dates i haven’t received my order now Iv been blocked and still no refund through PayPal SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

Very poor customer service after 3 weeks I finally got a sofa not original one i did get a free footstool still waiting on my foot stools delivery

Very impressed with the service and price however a couple of bad points : The sofa is SLIGHTLY different to the one we wanted, no complaints as we do love it but should be exactly the same design as first chosen. Also meant to have a matching footstool but not arrived yet and had the email saying our order is complete. Where's the footstool...

Had a bed delivered the other day, nice bed, nice mattress, finally had a good nights sleep.

I placed an order 22nd October and made payment in full via bank transfer, once confirming that i would received delivery of my sofas 1st November (as if not then i would have needed to look elsewhere due to the urgency) in which this was confirmed. I sent several emails leading up to 1st Nov and confirmed again that delivery was still going ahead. I then called the afternoon 1st November after no driver had shown up, to be told my sofa was actually out of stock - much to my annoyance as i was now £700 down and without any sofas, therefore requested to cancel and an immediate refund to be processed so i could look elsewhere. After several calls, emails, and facebook messages were ignored i was advised i would receive a refund in 14 days (may i add the attitude of the staff on facebook was horrendous, see photos) however by 21st Nov i hadn't received my refund, and hadn't heard back from Josh the manager as promised for 3 weeks. I eventually received a response from Josh 30th November apologising for his poorly trained staff and that i had infact now waited a month for a refund or response. Again, i was promised a refund a week later and received nothing, complained again, was told another date, guess what next? No refund. It wasnt until 30th November when i finally received the funds in my account. So unless you would like to be left out of pocket, without sofas, and a case opened with trading standards - i would NOT recommend booking and read the honest reviews on trustpilot for customers in my shoes.
