Waited 2 months for TigerFlex Apex pent to be delivered. Yesterday received it. Unlike description on website it is substandard. Almost every panel has a fault or is damaged. It looks as though it has been manufactured by a 3 year old with a chop saw and nail gun. Cladding and timbers are not heavy duty as per the website description. Awaiting a response from Tiger Sheds now but having read other reviews I am not hopeful. I should not have trusted all the 5 star reviews on their own website.

Save your money for another company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Shed arrived April 2020, incomplete order and within 4 days contacted TigerSheds for the first time by email (phone calls were none existent due to covid). Emailed another 2 times, finally a jumbled voicemail by an unknown gentleman which was incoherent, we replied to the voicemail by text, and voicemail. We decided to leave a further month due to covid as we knew they were working with minimal staff. We then contacted by phone again in June as previous emails had gone ignored. Finally someone answered! We were promised help! Given reassurances that it would be sorted! Finally we’d have a shed with a roof! Two weeks later, the same man asked us to email in the parts we needed AGAIN! (Third or forth time!) No reply So I call again. Another man. Another promise that it’ll be sorted. Nothing. Two weeks later, we chase again. Another man, another promise. Nothing! After threatening legal action, we had a senior customer service person call. Told us she would most probably get the missing items delivered today. Today is here, no confirmation email for delivery so I called back up again! It won’t be delivered today as apparently no courier turned up yesterday?! No communication to us though. We have another ‘hope’ that it’ll be picked up today from them before delivery on Monday. We aren’t holding out much hope. Shocking, the entire process has been a headache.

Terrible terrible customer service, take your money and then it’s impossible to get hold of them, they don’t reply to phone calls, emails or messenger. Ordered a cabin weeks ago and can’t get any time frame for delivery as you can’t contact anyone. Have contacted Trading Standards as I am not sure what else to Dom

No customer service, no response to email and no answer on phone, missing and damaged parts and badly made doors. Need replacement parts and a refund for items not delivered but I can’t even get an acknowledgement from them. Delivery was a day late too. All in all thoroughly disappointing

Do not buy a Tiger Shed. This is an overpriced poor quality product from a company who has a Customer Service team that will completely ignore you if you have a problem. After treating this shed with Cuprinol, as per the instructions of both Tiger Sheds and the Cuprinol Technical Advice Service, the shiplap started to warp and crack after one year and the timber on the doors shrank so much that the lock no longer reaches from one door to another. I now have a shed with gaping holes in the walls and no security. Repeated emails to Tiger Sheds have been ignored. You are better off buying a cheap shed from a DIY shop - it will last a lot longer than the Tiger Sheds product that is unfit for purpose.

Shed took 6 months to arrive but couldn’t cancel order as impossible to contact. Shed arrived outside of the given delivery slot, so was dumped outside my house and left unattended. Parts (nails, beading) were missing. Nails sticking out of the panels and left bent and wonky. Cheaply made but not cheaply priced.

Waited 4 months for the delivery, got told they would give me a free primer which didn’t arrive with the shed. Shed is cheaply made, and the customer service is the worst I have experienced with anything I have bought. Avoid avoid avoid!!

I ordered a 20 " by 16"Log Cabin 08/06/2020 when I placed the order I was assured that the delivery would take 45 working days ( 9 weeks) I needed the cabin for 10/10/2020 so assumed that even if there were any delays it would be installed in plenty of time!! once it got near the delivery date which would be 10/08 At great expense I had a concrete base fitted to accommodate the cabin. As the cabin was to be erected at the rear of my garden and I can gain direct Vehicular access to the back of my Garden I decided to take down my gate and posts to allow workers easier access and as the Cabin was due to be delivered soon I told the groundsmen not to replace it as we would need to use this access again for delivery!. A couple of weeks before the due date I called customer services as I had heard nothing from them. I was told there was a two week delay as they had issues with the Window Suppliers. I accepted their word as 2 weeks would not be a huge deal. I did not hear from them and called again 2 weeks later and was told there was a delay to roofing and window issues? I was informed that I would definitely get an email within the next 3 weeks with a week commencing date for delivery? two weeks later I was getting really worried and called again for an up date and was told that I would get an email within 2 weeks with a week commencement date. I told the agent that I ordered this specifically for use on 10/10 and he told me that it would be delivered in time for this. As I still had not heard anything I called again today 26/08/2020 and was told that as I had not had an Email yet it was unlikely that I would not receive this until December!!!!! They have had my full payment of over £6000 since June and they have not even started manufacturing my Log Cabin yet!! I am absolutely devastated I have requested a refund but they cant give me any idea when I will receive this? I have been told that the refund request has to be sent in writing by replying to my confirmation order sent via email. I am at this point really worried as I have emailed previously and never had a reply, when do they look at their emails? I want to order elsewhere but don't think that I will receive the refund in time to organise delivery from another company in time for when I need it. If the customer service team had been honest or had the information when I first contacted them I would have requested a Refund then and would have had enough time to reorder from a company that could deliver in time ? as things currently stand I have got a big ugly 21 foot by 17 foot Concrete base at the rear of my Garden where my log Cabin should be and unless they process refunds rapidly I am very unlikely to have a Log Cabin delivered in time for when I need it.

Everything that could go wrong did, however it's the way they sort the problems that is the mark of a good company. This company failed at every opportunity, missed deadlines missed delivery's, sent broken components. The attitude of this company when they fail is abysmal, no customer service skills, very unpolite, and economical with the truth. All in all a very unpleasant company to deal with.

Appalling customer service . Ordered log cabin 12 /6 ./20 paid in full. Prepared base etc . No word so phoned them . Finally got email telling me delivery would not be until Dec ‘at the earliest’ No apology. Was expecting a bit of a delay but that is totally unacceptable. No contact or warning of any delay and no apology. I have asked for a refund which they say will take up to ten days. Let’s hope they keep their word on this. Would not recommend this company. They must filter their reviews. Annoying that their website still boasts of their speedy delivery times

Appalling. Delivery was delayed, and when it finally was delivered it was delivered to the incorrect location of the house (at the incorrect time) - despite clear instructions and verbal confirmation beforehand. Following my complaint, I was told I'd hear back from them 'shortly'. Over a week later I called them, and was eventually told that there was nothing they would do unless I wanted to open a complaint via email. Had I not chased this up myself, I doubt they would have ever returned my call. My shed is still sitting outside the front of my house (with no access through the house) and now I've had to arrange a man with a van to drive it to the rear of the property - at a cost to me of £65. Pathetic.

I ordered a shed in May and received it in September. One of the is faulty and when I called Tiger all they were interested in was the initials on the panel with respect to who made it. They indicated that they would arrange a replacement panel but over a month later I'm still waiting, I have sent emails every other day, phoned them, asked to speak to a manager on two occasions but still no idea when or if I will receive the replacement panel. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I would suggest anyone looking for a shed to look elsewhere.

After a disastrous experience with a Forest Garden shed, which was returned as complete junk !!!! I came across this Company on the website. They had a similar product, and although it was nearly double the price, I'd learnt my lesson with the Forest Garden rubbish. The ordering process was simple and easy to complete, confirmation of order was clear regarding price ad expected delivery in following two to three weeks. Updates on expected delivery were sent until a final delivery slot was advised, which was between 6.00 am and8.00am, the driver arrived at 6.08am, didn't want help , put the bits where I wanted them at side of house, was very polite and even gave me a few tips on assembly, excellent service. Assembly was easy, good quality components, which all fitted, I did the job myself, except for lifting up the roof ,which required 2 people, and was completed in an hour, job done. This is how a good supplier should operate, good service, value for money, and a good product, say no more Highly Recommend

Your company is absolutely shocking!! Taking money but not providing good service. We got our Summerhouse in August waited five months!!!! Took money straight away!!! We don’t even no if all there as my husband is disabled I’m going to have to check... The company who provided us with putting shed up your ignoring as weve waited three weeks! After emails phone calls your completely ignoring!! Want my money back worked my butt off for saving the money up. You should hang head in shame! Taking further and making sure that your company pays for this!! Your absolute disgrace and your staff lie for you!! Shut it down and give everyone there money back.. Furious!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, they do not care about your problems just looking to profit. Poorly made sheds with cheap wood. Delivery took 4 months as well, but was just blamed on COVID. Avoid
