I ordered two dog beds, one for my Yellow Labrador and another for my Dachshund. Both arrived soon. The large bed was perfect, the small one had a couple of problems. I emailed the company some photos and within minutes had a solution. Camille Tolentino helped efficiently and fast. Things can go wrong, but it is the manner in which the wrong is made right that counts.

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Camille Tolentino for her exceptional customer service. She was courteous, professional and made me feel as if my issue was her issue too. In this day and age customer service seems to be an afterthought. I'm glad that's not true with the staff at Treat-A-Dog! Especially Camille!! Hey Camille's boss if you're reading this, she deserves a raise!!! She represented your company well and I will definitely be back and have already recommended the bed to all my pet friends, so she also generated future revenue. Great hire! Thank you so much and my dog thanks you too!!

I purchased with a checkout option that claimed shipping would take 2-4 days. It's been over 4 days since my order and they haven't shipped it yet. I inquired about a refund (I needed it for a road trip and it didn't arrive in time) and they ghosted me. I read their terms and conditions, wish I would have done that before purchasing. A horrible company, I will be filing for a chargeback.

I purchased the cover for my wife's new car, as we have two large dogs that travel with us everywhere. After a week my wife noticed a tear in the product and I contacted the company through email asking about the warranty.

Within an hour, Camille Tolentino, a representative, had returned my email requesting a picture, after I sent the picture she informed me that they were going to send a new cover and that I could keep the ripped one.

I'm impressed with the customer service and the speed of the transaction and the lack of hassle on my part. My wife loves the cover and is looking forward to getting the new one.

I wish all my return transactions were as easy and efficient as your product. Keep up the excellent service.

I purchased two of the orthopedic beds with the cool gel topper is for my puppies. The puppies chewed both of the GLC toppers. I contacted customer service as I wanted to buy replacements and they were no longer on the website. I dealt with Camille Tolentino who not only assisted me with getting the gel toppers but sent them to me free of charge. My puppies love these beds and I plan to buy the furry bed toppers before winter gets here. They are great quality and the pups love them. Great quality and super customer service!!

I purchased the PupLounge Memory Foam Dog Bed but even after a week, the foam wasn't expanded properly. I contacted Support, and Michelle Figueroa responded quickly to my request for a refund. Michelle Figueroa was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely use TreatADog again for future needs.

I purchased this item after seeing a pop-up ad on Facebook. The product showed more than 10,000 5-star reviews and suggested that the pet bed was satisfaction guaranteed and fully refundable. I purchased the item and was extremely excited for my ailing and frail pup to try it. When it arrived, I opened and assembled it and asked my sweet girl to come and give it a try. She refused to walk on it or lay down on it. I've tried for the last three days to no avail. When I contacted Treat A Dog to return the item I was told their return policy excludes the item I purchased. I certainly wish they had made this more clear during the purchase process. If they had, I definitely would not have purchased the item. I'm posting this review to help others realize these beds CANNOT be returned under any circumstance. Here is the return policy from their website:

FREE Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase in the case of a defect, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another product of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping on any defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, just go through our easy return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid.

I ordered a bed at the beginning of August with expedited shipping. As the expected date of arrival passed, I reached out to get an update on my order. I was told that due to shipping delays, my order would be shipped the next week. I have followed up multiple times and with each follow up I receive the next future date...Two months later...still no bed. Sick of the apologies, sick of the delays, all the while continuing to see advertisements for the products.

Mattress is real comfortable however the cover ripped at the bolster seams within a month... Now the flat part of the cover has many rips...
We must use a blanket to cover them..
Hey, it looked terrific when it came but fell apart quickly..

Purchased the PupLounge Memory Foam Orthopedic Bed in November and paid 150. and it already is falling apart.. the stitching is all coming apart. Contact them and they only will honor a 30 days policy.. Not worth the money.. there are other options for this quality for a 1/2 the cost.

My husband ordered a dog bed from Treat a Dog and we really liked it, but within two weeks the cover had pulled apart with just normal wear from our dog. My husband called the company and they offered to replace the cover if he would return the torn one. He didn't have the energy to do all that, so the bed at in our laundry room for 3 months not being used. Once I heard what he had spent on the bed, I e-mailed customer support and after explaining what had happened to their representative, Michelle Figueroa, she asked me to send her a picture of the torn cover which I did, and she is now sending us a replacement bed! I am very impressed with how Treat a Dog handled this issue and would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We purchased a truck cover that was incomplete, they wouldn't stand behind it because we didn't open the package in the 30 days they allow to report a problem. The item is unusable with out the tie down tubes.
We offered photos of the NEW product and the original mailing envelope.

I have had the bed for less than 1 year. I noticed th seam ripping apart between the bolster nd the main bed. When I reached out to Treat a Dog, I was told I was beyond my “30-day” return. I didn’t want to return the bed but address the poor stitching. I was told “You can be 100% sure that we value your opinion and will use this to improve our product in the future.” Well, ok, but what about right now with this bed? I do not recommend this for the money spent due to poor quality craftsmanship.

I bought a bolster bed a little less than six months ago. While the foam/firmness has held up well, the cover has not. Some of the stitching has pulled entirely out and the so-called water resistant cover has thin/thread bare spots from typical nesting behavior. The cover is not covered past the 30 day return period as was kindly pointed out to me when I made in inquiry.

I had a small order issue and was able to obtain a resolution within a day via the email system. Customer service is responsive and Hazel Ashford did a great job resolving the issue that I inquired about.

We recently received our second Treat A Dog product...a PupCool elevated bed...and there was a snag in the bed. I took pictures and sent them to Treat A Dog. Not only was the response quick, but we are getting a new one shipped to us. They are giving us the old one as a gift. We love our Treat A Dog products and would buy from them again! Camille our service rep was amazing!

My dogs, all 4 of them have one of these beds and they absolutely love them over any bed they have ever had. I was pleased with the company, the bed and the excellent customer service. I have purchased 4 of these beds and have 4 very happy pups.

Our lover basset is getting up in years and although he has many beds I was thrilled to see memory foam. It arrived with a inch or two mis-stitched area by the zipper. Not only did they write a lovely letter, I was just hoping for just a replacement cover, they are sending me a whole new bed! I am going to “pay it forward” and bring the old/new one to our no kill shelter. Lovely holiday experience all the way around. Class Act! Peace

My wife bought two beds for our German Shepherds using Treat A Dogs sizing guide and the beds are too small. My wife immediately tried to call only to have to listen to "who let the dogs out" for about 4 minutes. When the rep did finally answer she said we had to pay return shipping. Here's what their return policy states.

Easy Return and Exchange Process:

1. Email customer care at [email protected] if you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a free return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package with a free return shipping label.

2. Ship your return, including our filled out return form.

3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the products you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.

Please note where it says "free return shipping label". Well that is a lie. They are telling us we have to pay even though it was their sizing guide that caused the problem.

I tried to call 3 times this morning starting at 9AM EST and no one ever answered the phone and no voice mail box to leave a message.

Since it's been several weeks we have had no other option but to call our credit card company and they have reversed the charges. Now the ball is in Treat A Dog's court because we have gotten a refund and still have the beds.

I also want to note that the reviews on their website are all great since they probably delete the negative reviews.
