An item in my second order had been damaged, most likely in assembly by the manufacturer. I called TurboLed to report receipt of the damaged item and was told that a replacement would be sent. I got the replacement within a week. I am pleased.

Ordered on sunday and received product in perfect condition on tuesday, Shipping was ordinary ups ground.

I ordered Two of these power supplies one came damaged and neither had the requested p6 connector for server boards which i had asked if it had it way before i ordered it and was told it did. Then i get the damaged package and was told they couldnt help me til I filed a claim with UPS which most companies do for you. On top of that they today 4/302004 offer to sell me a higher psu with the connector for the same amount as the first one. That is bogus they should either give me money back or send me one with the p6 connector but one of their sales guys told me that last time. They also told me in the email that it would cost as much as the power supply itself to pick it up and send me a new one with what i asked for. They get a bad rep from me and my company for this one not to mention i asked for upgraded shipping and it still arrived a day late and they shipped it the next day not the same day.

The shipping was extremely fast (3 days from order date), especially since the package went from coast to coast. The product is as described (am Encore WIFI PCI card) and works. Sometimes it disconnects and reconnects automatically. Other times it gives flawless performance. The internet download and upload speed is as fast as from the main computer connected to the cable modem. For a total cost of $15.99, I am satisfied that I can get online from the spot in my house where it would be a problem :)

This was a re-order of 600 Watt power supply that I had bought one of the previous week. I was so impressed with it that I ordered two additional ones for spares and for friends. Original order was shipped quickly and was very satisfied.

The printer cartridges I had ordered for my Canon F30 Multifunction worked like they were OEM, but the biggest difference was that they were less than one-third the cost of the originals.

I purchased a USB 2.0/Firewire card from Turboled. Install was easy and product works as advertised. Very satisifed.

Ordered printer 6-4-04, recieved printer on the 10th with 2 day shipping. Printer defective,spend over an hour on the phone with HP. Called Turboled to get RMA #. Choose Advance RMA to return printer on the 10th of June. Turboled received printer on the 16th. Today is the 24th, I have no printer, I have be charged for the printer twice and paid the shipping on the RMA. I you order from the web, choose a company that will do what they say they will do! This company should change its name to Trouble.com

Ordered a USB 2.0/Firewire combo card and Got it last week (saw the deal in fatwallet forums) - works fine. Fast shipping and card is working fine so far.

Everytime I order from TurboLed, I get the item in 3 business days or less. Great prices, and fast shipping. Ordered on a Thursday this time, not expecting to see the item till after the weekend, they sent me an email saying item has shipped 7 minutes!!! after I placed the order. Guess what, I got it on Saturday, all in factory sealed retail packaging. From California to Ohio in 2 days is incredible, but not the first time they've done it for me. Great online site, never any hassles. Don't even know why I shop anywhere else online.

I placed an order for a HP PSC 2210 all-in-one printer via Turboled.com September 4. I purchased it for home use. It has yet to show up. I looked at my online account information and the company has not even listed a Fed-Ex shipping number, ergo: they have not even proccessed my order. Thats unacceptable.
I have emailed them several times and have recieved no response. That too is unacceptable. I have called frequently and have yet to get ahold of ANYBODY. Very unnaceptable.
Next stop for me is to report a credit card fraud with AMEX, report them to Pricewatch to have them removed from the search engine, and call the BBB. I would not recommend this company.

Auction Ended: Monday Aug-08-04 08:30:00 PDT .. Paid with paypal so money was transfered immediately. Order was not processed till Friday 13'th. Then it was not shipped off till Monday. Terrible service getting the product out. (a whole week) I read one feedback on ebay for this seller and they said that turboled.com sent bad memory. Well, I am getting the same kind of memory. 4 sticks of them. I wish someone would e-mail me back to check and see if the memory was good when I get it sometime this week. [email protected]

Tried to buy a 9600XT from their ebay auction, but they sent me a 9600SE instead. Told me they could have me the XT in 1 week, then 2 weeks, thn 3 weeks,then finally just told me to send it back for a refund.

I bought an ATI 9600XT video card. After charging me $19 for shipping, they sent me an ATI 9600SE video card in a 9600 Pro box. Do I smell scam? After trying to reach them for over a week, I got an email saying that the 9600XT videocard was on back order and that I would have to pay $10 extra to get the 9600XT card. Hello? I ordered a 9600XT video card to begin with? Ever since that email, no response and gives me the runarounds when on the phone. I'm working with my credit card company and paypal to get my money back. I also reported them to BBB.

Still waiting for my printer, two weeks still on hold and I paid for 2 day air. Can not get in touch with anyone only a message. The absolute worst buying experience i've ever had. They get double zero

I ordered it on Tuesday 7/6/2004 and recieved it on Friday 7/9/04. You can't beat that! I'm pleased with the service.

I sent four emails over the last two weeks; I filed a Square Trade report with eBay; I have twice started to leave negative feedback both on eBay and resellerratings, but held off until I tried yet again to make contact; and finally I called on the phone and spoke with a sales representative, who told me that he had cancelled my order and would return the funds to my PayPal account (funds that they received July 26, over 16 days ago!).

I told the phone rep, just as I did in my emails, that the motherboard, which they substituted for the one they advertised, would not meet my needs. I specifically ordered the package I did because of the 6 PCI slots on the advertised motherboard. I do NOT want one with just three slots. That's what I already have, and is the reason I was looking for a new system.

So now, besides being completely unresponsive to my emails (sent both to Sales and to Service); besides not responding to eBays Square Trade dispute inquiry; and besides having my payment for more than 16 days before shipping anything (or even communicating with me), I have to add that they are liars, and do NOT do what they say they will do.

This is unexcusable! After two full weeks, they have finally sent me a package - but one that I did not order and that I cannot use; and they did this after telling me that they had cancelled my order and would refund my payment immediately. It is actions like this that give eBay sellers a bad name. Take the money, then screw the customer, because they already got what they wanted. Who cares if the customer does??

My recommendation is to avoid this seller!
