I purchased aHD 512 MB PC 133 SDRAM (64X64) on this date and the chip will not work I have emailed and called the company stated above all I get is an answering machine and when I emailed Igot message saying the "Delivery to the following recipients failed." I really want my noney back and to return the chip.

It's been 11 days and I haven't received my order.I've tried calling but the phone number isn't working. I've sent e-mail but that gets returned as undeliverable. I can't understand how this place has stayed open?

Never again.... I placed a order on Dec 24, it has been in Order Status: Will ship within 24 hours from that time on. I cannot not contact anyone at the company. Emailed customer service, manager, phone, and chat. None of which I have recieved an answer. Wondering if they even are a real company. What a joke.

It has been three days and the order is still open and not shipped they claim 2 days max on processing and would then after email a tracking number once oreder was filled. item showed in stock and was paid for by company credit card.
then I went to contact us page got there telephone number and it is out of order or no longer in service.

Placed a order on feb 17 2004. got the one confermation email right away to confirm order. Have not heard any more from them!! dont know if my order got lost or what. Tried contacting them through email but no responce. Tried there live chat tech help and nothing. Got one email back and it said "this This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed."

I placed my order on the 17th of December, why did the company wait until the 22nd to ship the product???? I will be leaving for Florida on the 27th for a week and will not be available to accept shipment. Please send me a response to this at [email protected]. Thank you

Ordered May 5th, now May 25th. Never received product, no answer to emails, disconnected nextel phone. I think they're gone. I don't think they charged my credit card though but I haven't check my bank card as I might have used that....either way.....avoid

I can’t get a hold of anyone one from Upgrade Center Inc. I am not very pleased by the quality of service. My best friend also bought a power supply from them and they mixed up his order (he wanted a 550watt and they sent him a 500watt). After he got the wrong power supply he called them up and they gave him two options 1) keep it with no refund of the difference and 2) pay for the shipping back and wait for them to ship him the right one.
My problem is I have a person with a computer waiting for a power supply. She has been waiting for a while now. I have tried to check the status of my order with no luck. I have called many times through out the day, no luck. I have sent numerous e-mails, no luck. And now I am writing this review for my product that I have not yet received and do not know where it is.
I do not recommend that any one buy from Upgrade Center Inc, the good price was not worth the all the trouble they pout me and my friend through.

I placed an order with this company five days ago.

After the initial confirmation email, I have not received any further contact from the company. The status page does not show that the order has shipped or when it is expected to ship. Mail to [email protected] receives a “bounced” message from hotmail (!). Mail sent yesterday to [email protected] to inquire about this has gone unanswered.

A call to the customer service number at (562) 908-2882 receives a “voice mailbox full” message.

We were sent 2 printer heads, one of which was incorrect. We would like a refund or at least the correct printer cartridge. Instead of sending

We were sent INEPGE00089... This is completely incompatible with our current printer.

Credit card was charged on Dec 4 but order was not processed until Dec 9. Order was finally received Dec 15. Email (regarding another order) to customer service at the beginning of Monday business was answered at the end of Tuesday business. Competitor answered email within an hour and the order was placed and shipped 36 hours before Upgrade Center responded to email. Slow order processing, charging credit card days before shipment, and slow response to email indicates internal problems to this customer, and I won't order from them again.

Ordered on Saturday March 13th, and have not gotten a confirmation yet. Tried to call the contact number on the site but disconnected. No luck with email "Delivery to the following recipients failed "[email protected]"." They haven't charged my card, so it doesn't look like they are doing business.

I would classify myself as a home computer builder. I have built approx 30 systems for myself and relatives. I have ordered several computer cases from you previously and am very happy with your service and your prices. One had a bad power supply which was replaced without question.

I am rather unhappy though about the many items that you have advertised for quite low prices but when you try to order them they are no longer available. These items should be removed from your site as soon as they are sold out rather than leaving them listed for weeks afterward.

It is quite frustrating to go to the trouble of finally deciding what you want to purchase and then find it is not available and in this case, hasn't been for weeks. If they are all gone either take them off the site or stamp across the item "SOLD OUT". As a result of this I bought my last 2 cases from Newegg.

I purchased a 550W PSU to replace an older 300W that had died with me, as well as some basic accesories to inprove my computer usage (I recently gained another computer Sans the power cables, and my cold cathode whitch i use as an in case work lite died (I have it hooked to a secondary PSU that works it and my extra case fans).

i have purchased computer parts for my company for over 10 years and this is the worst company i have ever bought from.order date 12/20/2003 billed my credit card on 12/23/2003. they e-mailed me that they shipped my pacage on 01/09/2004. to this day 01/15/2004 i still havent recieved it.

The Unit (HP Officejet d145) was delivered broken on January 13, 2004. I called everyday since to no avail - receiveing only an answering machine or that there voicemail is full.

No RMA # issued for replacement, yet.

I'm mortified! - The Customer service at this company is NIL! - What's going on! - This printer was to be for the President of the US Conference of Mayors! - This companies reputation is shot.

Please, if you know a way I can contact them - let me know!

Finally - Their Delivery Schedule and Customer Service STINKS - No Stars - only THUMBS DOWN!!!!!

This is the last time I will ever order anything from Upgrade Center Inc. I have been waiting three weeks to receive my order, and have not had any response to my inquiries, been able to talk to anyone in person, nor gotten any replies or answers to my e-mails. Upgrade Center sent an e-mail with a UPS tracking number, yet UPS has not received the package from Upgrade Center to be delivered. Great customer service Upgrade Center.
Your customer service SUCKS!

I ordered 3 power supplies almost a month ago, received the order confirmation email, then nothing! I have had good experiences in the past but something has gone wrong with this company. My friend ordered a case a couple months ago and it took forever to get and was damaged on arrival. My emails (3 now) are being returned so it looks like upgradecenterinc.com may be out of business. Wonder why their web site is still up? I may have to contact my credit card company to get the charge cancelled. Lovely!
