Chinese and Eastern europeans all working together to scam money from people who believe this site is going to be the same as ebay and Wish etc. Don't be fooled. Don't part with any money via card or even PayPal. The free gifts and cheap deals they show and offer are a scam. You will never get your free gift or possibly the cheap deal. Like wish, they pretend to offer value deals, though if you look at anything which seems to be a bargain, it turns out it won't be as the postage usually covers the cost. Vova is even worse as they have no 24hr customer service and the refund policy is terrible. To Thursday I'm still waiting for my refunds to go back into my account after joining the site I was awarded diamonds. I used them as well as money to purchase a freebie. I was told the following day, the order was cancelled and I'd get a refund within 14 days. Still had no refund. These guys think they are clever, they are just fraudsters. Don't believe the pictures.pure lies.

Dont be fooled by this site the stuff is rubbish,they dont refund you,you cant claim the free prizes it doesnt work(it works well enough if there taking your money)you cant contact anyone 24/7 support ????????my arse is it,theres no customer support its a joke,steer clear!
