I have been buying from Wholesome Hub for the over a year, and love the Biona & Rude Health products they stock. I find they dispatch my order in a timely manner & the Hub Rewards are an added bonus.

Everything was shipped quickly, and it looked like it was very nice presentation. I wish there was somewhere in the order section where I could indicate that was a gift, so that there would be no invoices included.

Love the products, I made my order on Friday and I received it on Monday morning plus I got a refund on the same day I made my order for one of the products as it was sold out. :)

I love the variety of wholesome organic products, and the speedy delivery, but it's the little details that really thrill me. Like using paper tape on the carton instead of the normal 'sticky tape'. That is true dedication to minimising waste and making recycling easier. I usually try to get as much sticky tape off my packaging as possible, which is time consuming and messy, but I don't have to with Wholesome Hub, because the tape can be recycled as well. So, well done - the little details don't go unnoticed.

I appreciate receiving the opportunity to write a review, as I was going to contact you today. I really love buying from Wholesome Hub as you carry a good range of quality products. However, in my last order, I ordered and received two bottles of Mount Zero bio-dynamic extra virgin olive oil, however the label on the bottle tells me: Pressed May 2018, BB: 02 Jan 2020, which has already gone. Would you please advise if it would be okay to use this, and will the quality be the same? Regards, Patricia

Have been a customer for a number of years now. I have also had great customer relation experience eg they always advise immediately if the item I want is not available, and will work around any problem of fulfilling an order. Highly recommend them...

One of your customers receive my parcel, and I received hers. Thank you for rectifying the problem. Also, I requested to see Australian made only. When I looked closely at one of the items I ordered, the country of origin is China.

Delivery arrived quickly (for Australia, 3 days VIC to NSW) and they always answer my questions or solve my issues when I phone up. I really like them. I know it's the minimum requirement when running a business but it still should be pointed out.

I have rated you 5 stars as the service was professional and honest. I purchased 2 items at 2 separate times on the same day. I received a call to question my purchase and if I made a mistake. I told them I had not and they refunded me one lot of postage. Because of this honesty I will be shopping there again!

Bought 20L compostable bin bags and they wouldn't even fit on a 12L bin in my kitchen. When i requested a refund they would only refund the unopened roll of bags. I don't know how it is my fault that I buy 20L bags but receive 10L bags and i still have to pay for the opened roll. Managed to get a full refund but extremely misleading information if this is how al their bags are sized.

On receiving the wasabi powder the ingredients list on back of packet is confusing: 100% certified organic horseradish and 10% wasabi Somehow this doesn’t equate And the foods should be labelled “horseradish powder”

I am a carer now and find it increasingly difficult to get out and do the shopping for the household so I am much more reliant on internet shopping and without doubt, Wholesome Hub is one of, if not THE best internet "shops" around. The products always arrive quickly and in excellent condition and I have never had any cause to complain. When I have required information about products, the people at Wholesome Hub have been most friendly and thoroughly professional. The great prices and excellent range are just a big bonus. I cannot recommend Wholesome Hub highly enough.
