If you read this review before buying then you have saved yourself some money. I didn't before I got sucked in and spent $69.95 on a Bruxism Mouthguard that never worked. The guard fell out of my mouth every night for a week. The design is pathetic as there is no way it can stay in place, even after adjusting it every night. After I complained 4 times Campbell finally responded, apologising for the lack of response, blaming his computer. He actually offered me a free replacement guard of another type which I accepted gratefully. Well that was a waste of time. I never heard from Snorblok again, after my 3 follow-up emails. There is no contact number to call and they ignore all attempts for refund or replacements by email. Truely a scam that I will be happy to let the world know about. This type of trader should not be allowed to prey on the innocent public. Stick with the store vendor who will stand by their products.

Zero rating. I had an issue with the product - was not as easy to mould as the video shows unless you have perfect teeth and expert moulding skills. I have moulded other mouth guards before and this one was horrible. No response when contacting them. They just ignore and hope the problem goes away. Don't waste your time buying from them beacuse if you have an issue or need a refund they won't respond.

My husband had been successfully using a more expensive brand mouth guard which is similar to snorblok. Comparing the two the snorblok one definitely comes out on top! The front holes are bigger so get more air in, the little parts that slide the jaw forward aren't tinny and don't break like the more expensive one. For under half the price of the big brand one this is definitely more value for money! I can't say enough about these mouth guards, any brand! If you snore these things work!

Wish I could give zero stars. I have emailed them regarding their 30 day money back guarantee, but they have been ignoring my emails for a week. There seems to be no other contact number other than the email address that they are ignoring. Important to note that the ‘Campbell Suckling’ that gave the first 5 star review on Google is the owner as this name came up on my order invoice. The one other written review, also 5 stars, is from someone based in Hamilton (from their other reviews), which is where this company is based, so I wouldn’t put it past it being an employee or associate of Campbell Suckling.

The device DID NOT WORK and even gave me a stiff and aching jaw. The 30 day money back guarantee is a lie. I have attached a photo of my invoice and product to show that I have actually bought this and am leaving a legit review, unlike Campbell. The 30 day 100% money back guarantee is clearly on the product packaging, which is also all over their site, but useless if they won’t actually communicate with you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE CLEARLY SCAMMERS.
