by far the best security supplier- hands down. I order and I get my stuff but what is the best is they will hold your hand for any issue or problem you have. That service is real. No joke.

Love the deals at this store. I wait for the coupons which follow almost twice a month. Good service and shipping is as advertised.

123 security has the latest networking security products at the lowest costs and fast same day shipping. They have a price match gaurantee so if you find a lower price online by an authorized dealer they will credit you 110% of the difference.

We ordered an August smart doorbell on 12/2/19. It is now the 19th and have called three times now and have emailed. We kept getting promised all different dates for our product to ship to us, including today. I waited until about 3:30 PM today (over two weeks after ordering the product) to ask if it was fulfilled like Maureen emailed me and told me it would be today. Instead I was told that they screwed up and have to tell me and other customers our orders need to be cancelled because they don't have the product. Our product's part number was being mixed up for a different one in their system or something. Then, Gabrielle wanted to get me with her manager, because she "felt I had complaints to file". Based on the reviews on ResellerRatings.com, I asked if the manager was named Karen, and she said yes. When I stated the reviews on ResellerRatings.com state Karen doesn't answer phone calls and doesn't return emails, she told me Karen was right beside her and asked me to wait a second. She transferred my call after a minute or so, it rang and rang, but ultimately went to voicemail. Thanks for nothing, Karen. Oh, and not even one "we apologize for this mistake". I let the representative, Gabrielle, know it was disappointing as it was my first time ordering with them and that I probably would never buy from them again. Gabrielle just stated "that's fine" and went on about how she now has to call other customers and I'm not the only one like it made it any better. STAY AWAY from this horrible and pathetic excuse of a business! It is probably 5 people sitting in a small room.

Awful, awful company - my order was never processed on there - they send manufacturer never told them. This happened before china virus craziness, and now it's happened again. Manufacturer never shipped the item to them. I understand delays, but why both times did I only learn about this from me having to follow up - and following up meant multiple upon multiple phone calls and messages with no responses. BC19 and AC19.

Well listed web-site. But the security DVR that I bought with cameras stopped working. Althought their web helpers were on-point, their web-site is confusing as to how to get a repair done and the way the product is sent in. Had to do several e-mails to them to get a clearer understanding. Then, their automated systems kept sending me e-mails that if I didn't get the requirements met in 3 days, my repair would be stopped and I may have to pay a fee to get the repairs. The service personnel told to ignore those automated e-mails, that I had done everything properly. My DVR was returned, repaired, but the experience with the automated e-mails upset me.

Save yourself time and money and do not buy from them. Customer service is rude and has an attitude that the customer is wrong. Tried to tell me something was on the website and I was blind and couldn't see it.

Our salesperson Jesse S has the knowledge base and tech sales experience on a number of varied surveillance systems. Jesse was able to assist us with the correct products to match up to our home needs, at an affordable cost. He is an excellent communicator and we feel assured our new surveillance cameras are the right fit for the safety and security required for our residence at a fair price. Highly recommend.

I placed an order 4/22/20. They charged my banking account $457.50. Thats fine that is for what i had ordered. The Very next day they took another $660.00 from my account. I call and Karen/Manager says it was a problem with their software. I wait 6 days for $660.00 to get credited back to my account. Then 5/7/20 they charge my bank account another $330.00, so i try to call Karen. No Answer of course. Then i call my sales person Allison. She takes vare of the situation with accounting. Its 5/11/20 still waiting on a response to why this is happening and my Money.

Vinnie my rep made promises he never kept. I ordered a system and he promised the order would ship the next day. What he failed to tell me was the cameras were out of stock and would need to be shipped from CA to NY and then they would ship the cameras to me. Vinnie knew i needed the SYSTEM quickly and lied to me about the status. Over two weeks later I am still waiting for the cameras to arrive. I have cancelled two installs costing me more than $200. STAY AWAY from this company

I asked if they have my equipment in stock and Amy put me on hold and then said yes, it will ship tomorrow. A week later I called and she tells me they arrived from the factory today. ??? Then gave me the story it's in shipping and will go out today. When I call again she tells me it is shipped. A week later I finally get a notice it has shipped today??? It is now hard to tell when it will arrive because the tracking number does not work, I paid extra for fast delivery.

Purchased Google Nest Router expecting current version, however, realized it was old version upon installation. Unable to return after installation. Secondly - provided two photos of superior price and customer service would it honor published policy. Never again. Would not only not recommend - I recommend against. Lesson Learned - always read reviews before buying from online store.

I'm really skeptical of the legitimacy of 123 Security Products. I ordered a WiFi extender and my invoice said I could expect the package about 10 days later. After 10 days I inquired about my order and was told it would arrive longer than a month later. They admitted they did not specify this on the website but refused to make any compensation for the exclusion of this information. My correspondences went mostly unanswered until I sent another email and it did not seem like the rep understood my messages.

Hello, Besides of the good prices, don't bother to deal with them - they don't care about any problem, no matter how you do ask and they won't fix any issues. But sadly they lie a lot over the phone.... I ordered parts on Febr. 14th, items came in incomplete. No reply for emails and you have to chase the sales rep (Jesse) for days to get a hold on him on the phone. If he has a bad day, he simply yells at you and hangs up the phone. If you complain to Karen (manager), she promises everything and she never calls back. She never did actually and she never fixed any problems. I also received duplicate item, instead of the part i really needed to complete the order. Finally i cancelled the order for the missing parts and instead of replying to my email, they simply sent the missing items out.... Today is 3/6/2017 and i still missing items, one they simply left out of the original order (but i paid for it), the other just "didn't yet ship form the supplier" No comment, the most ridiculous company i've ever seen. Stay far away, i have all the proves i just said above. Zolie

I dropped by brand new DVR on the floor. Sounded pretty bad- things were moving all over. I yelled at my salesperson but it was not her fault. But they said just send it in. They fixed it and mailed it back for free. Awesome!

I have been doing business with 123 Security Products for a couple of years now and have always received top notch service, delivery and thseir web site is easy to navigate. I hav e nev er had to return a product purchased from 123 Security Products.

This is the second purchase from 123. Found them through a web search and am I glad I did! The website is easy to navigate, pricing is good, communication is great, and shipping is fast! I highly recommend 123!

I use 123 Security Products for most of my CCTV system needs. Prices are great, delivery is fast, and the online chat is a nice feature. I would recommend this company to anyone who has the need.

I purchased two products and when I received the products one was the wrong color. I also called on two occasions and was sent to a voice mail and never received a call back on either occasion. Very poor customer service. I guess when you buy something you get what you get.

had ordered a camera waited 2 weeks and it had not shipped yet. called and was told it was on back order or was discontinued. re order another with the help of a very nice sales lady.
