The product was cheap, the support was nice and fast and the delivery sent from Singapore reached Austria in less than a week. All in all a really good shop!

My son is contented, the package came after only two weeks and the item is exactly what he wanted to get. He uses it every day.

I am sad to say that I have been GREATLY displeased with the service from 3.99 anime. The correspondence methods are over-complicated by their requirement that you follow a link from an email to sign in to their site, rather than just respond to them via STANDARD e-mail. Responses fro staff have also been very slow to hear back, mostly offering vague, unhelpful information about my order status. Despite a guaranteed arrival time of "2-3 weeks from the date of my order", today marks the official one-month anniversary (so to speak) of the date my order was placed. Five days ago I FINALLY received an e-response from 3.99 in regards to my order status saying it was "still being processed".... that's interesting because they already took my money! Apparently my boyfriend will not be receiving his birthday presents (50 dollars worth of anime goodies) on time this year. And I can promise you he will not be getting them at ALL next year... at least not from 399 anime.

I ordered some keychains and one was out of stock. It took them two weeks to refund my money and the shipping was overpriced and sluggish even for Singapore. They don't really have an overly large selection, either, but I'll buy from them again if it's something that I don't need for a gift.

Only 5 days after they sent the order, it arrived here in Sweden. Everything went nice and smooth, with order updates every time something happened.

The only negative thing was that the shipping cost increased the more things you ordered, it's usually the other way around.

I like 3.99 Anime Shop because you can get anime related items for cheap where on other online shops you would have to pay like $15 for a ring.
My item arrived quickly and in perfect condition and I love it! Also it looked exactly like the photo they provide for it as well as exactly like the item looked like in the anime.
If I had to rate 3.99 Anime Shop I'd give it 15 out of 10.

I ordered 2 sets of seigaku tennis outfits. The quality is great and o received my order within 5 days and two of those included the weekend. I ordered on a Thursday and received both items together on Monday.

At first I didn't realize it was coming all the way from Japan. Then I was excited. The jacket was quality and I am amazed it was delivered faster than I expected. Thank you for excellent service and quality merchandise. My Grandson wears it all day and even sleeps with it on. We are very happy!

I ordered a cosplay costume (size M) at 3.99 Anime Shop. It's a little tight, but that was to be expected with Chinese sizes. Just order a size bigger than usual if I were you. Overall the costume is pretty well made. However, the zipper on the side of the costume is kinda flimsy and might have to be changed. The costume arrived one month after I ordered, so no complaints there. I didn't get a tracking code and they didn't update me about the shipping until I asked them by e-mail but they were quick to respond. They responded within a few hours or the day after.

I had a wonderful experience with 3.99 Anime Shop. The communication was great. The package arrived in good condition and was packed well.

I wish i could say i was happy with this site have been waiting for 8wks for a Zero suit for my son to arrive here( Australia)will never order of this site again we need it by the 15th March.They dont even get back to us we have sent e-mails no reply not good very dissapointing I say Buyer Beware buy at your own risk.

I ordered 3 "bleach" badges from 3.99 anime shop, and i can say i'm really excited! The package took about a couple of weeks to come, pretty fast because i leave in Greece. They came in perfect condition and "bigger" that i expected! They also keeped me updated with my order all the time. I ordered a nana ring from 399 animeshop and was very satisfied with the condition of the ring. The delivery was also faster than expected (within 1,5 week), and I live in Holland... I recommend people to buy their anime stuff from this shop!

I was looking for a cosplay for an upcoming anime convention, so I went ahead and looked online for the perfect cosplay, I stumbled across 3.99 anime shop, Throughout the whole process my personal order person was prompt and very informative about the the status of my order, it took about a week to be shipped out but it was a national holiday so it was fine and took just about a week to be delivered, that for me was some great service provided I could have waited 3 weeks for it to arrive.

I was very happy with the transaction with 3.99 Anime Shop. Service was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Delivery was inexpensive and prompt. I was eceived what I had ordered in perfect condition and at a fair price.

I ordered a Naruto head band and shoes over a year ago and complained and said they would”get back to me” in two working days but nothing since you deserve a negative star bad very very bad service

I've ordered from 3.99 Anime Shop three times now and they've been lovely every time. Products arrive intact and in perfect shape. Everything arrives pretty quickly. Their prices are a lot better than other websites I've looked at for anime merchandise. Accessing and interacting with customer service is very comfortable and easy to do. All in all a very good store. Definitely will be ordering from them again in the future.
