I will not be doing any more business with 4inkjets.com I purchased a fusier for my Lexmark TS652DN on 09-07-2018. Upon arrival, I found out that it did not fit my printer. I called their customer service number and was told that I can't return the product. I emailed their customer service and was told the same thing. Yes, it was my fault for not checking all the numbers, but if I had known they have a "no return" policy I would not have ordered from them. They did not mention their return policy during the checkout process, they did not mention it on their invoice they emailed me, and nothing in the box when I received it. So, all buyers beware: if something goes wrong with your order, you're stuck with the product. Please be careful before you buy from 4inkjets.com

I LIKE TO PAY AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE FOR BLACK POWDER IN A PLASTIC CARTRIDGE. AS IN 1/3 OF THE PRICE FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF PRINTS. IF I CAN DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN I WOULD OF NEVER SPENT ALL THOSE $90 AT OFFICE DEPOT FOR OVERPRICED POWDER. THIS COMPANY MAKES EXCELLENT QUALITY STUFF AND I WAS VERY CAUTIOUS AT FIRST SINCE IT IS GENERIC. I ONLY BY POWDER HERE I AM NOT WILLING TO BUY DRUMS HERE SINCE I DON'T BELIEVE DRUMS MADE BY GENERIC COMPANYS CAN MATCH ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS DRUMS. SO I GUESS I CAN'T COMPLETELY IGNORE OFFICE DEPOT.

I have no idea why my company still uses xerox printers rather than the new HP or Dell offerings because it is impossible to find toner refills for such an obsolete company. This website still has xerox toners and they are at a good price and yes ever cheaper than Dell or HP. I guess maybe that is why xerox is still in business. I would buy from 4inkjets again.

The customer service people are friendly and seem to have a helpful attitude on the phone. That's the best that I can say about this company. I spent $60 on 3 black ink cartridges and 6 color cartridges. Three of the six color cartridges are faulty: my printer does not recognize them. In the first few days of August, I called the company. the very nice and helpful customer service person told me that the company would replace the cartridges and to wait for return authorization and envelopes to be sent to me. On August 20, I received an email detailing this coming shipment. Today is September 7. I have received nothing in the mail. I have learned that you get what you pay for, and am driving over to my local Office Supply store tomorrow morning to buy cartridges that work.

I have received THREE replacements for an HP 96 black ink cartridge I purchased from 123Inkjets. These cartridges did not work in my printer. This is very frustrating.

I have used Ink for quite sometime and have always been satisfied Recently I ordered a full set of color plus black I am very disapointed the yellow carteredge is made different It fits in my printer but it will not work I called customer service explained the problem they immediatly sent me another yellow but its the same It will not work I went to Office Max to buy yellow ink I will continue to use Ink but I cant use yellow until the company changes the way the carteridge is made Thank you Dorothy

1-4 days shipping isn't true atleast in my case. Ive been waiting 3 weeks now, I've gone to the store 4 times to buy ink. No tracking information provided

I ordered their brand of Printer ink and have had no issues using it, this is the second order I made with them to replace my printer ink cartridges. I recommend them and their products.

Part of my order came but the second part did not come for months. I was not sent any explanation for the delay until after I contacted the seller to ask about the order. It was very expensive and not at all worth the wait. Just being honest.

This Canon All-In-One MX310 I have complains if it does not have a Canon ink cartridge and it takes an effort to get it to stop claiming low ink when changed with a full ink cartridge, if it is not made by Canon. The Canon refills I got from 4inkjets were accepted with no problem by my Canon MX310 and are doing fine with printing colors.

Placed an order and 7 days later still hasn’t received an order confirmation. Called to find out it wouldn’t have been fulfilled for a couple of weeks due to warehouse issues. I understand it’s a crazy time, but to advertise things would ship ASAP and then not get any follow up to only find out it wasn’t available for weeks is unprofessional.

I ordered ink two weeks ago and still have not received it. I have not even heard if my order was processed or shipped yet, although they have accepted my payment for it.

I gave 5 stars for the ease of ordering and the speed o delivery. I haven't tried them to make sure they fit and will work in my printer.

The order was dated 12May20and today is 21May20 and still no courier. No tracking either. When I try to track my order, I get "No Tracking Available". Pony Express doesn't use bar codes? We are not amused. Don't expect my repeated loyalty to continue much longer. Although I was ordering from a Canadian Address, there was no mention of which denomination I was being charged in. That would have been helpful for my budgeting. My printer is fading fast and no ink in sight.

One of my 2 cartridges had a severe leak during shipment. For that reason I would have given 3 stars. However, 4inkjets resent another cartridge with virtually no hassle. While it did take a week to get here, I gave an additional star for their service.
