My elderly mum had this company fit and install a new boiler through the government scheme last year. twice I have made an appointment for it to be serviced twice no one has turned up. When they say they will arrive between the hours of am and pm should you have to give up 2 days waiting in for no one to show. it is a good job I don't work in the week or I would be suing you for loss of earnings. I am definitely going to report this firm to trading standards as what they advertise they give they definitely don't. Back to my tried and trusted plumber to pick up the downfall of this company.

Mrs S Berrett 9 Herons KT13 0PL THIS IS WHAT IS NEEDED quote from company nearby i've been waiting since October for you I getting tired of excuses To drain down the existing central heating system including any tanks, cylinders and redundant pipe work if applicable. We have made an allowance to have the old boiler flue removed and disposed of by an asbestos specialist. To clear all debris and remove any waste materials from site. • To supply and install a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30 Ri Regular condensing boiler. The warranty will be in place for 7 years to 2024. • To position the new boiler at high level in the garage on the side wall, flue to the rear. Condensate drain to extend internally via a Grundfos Conlift pump and run through the utility room and then externally for the final section to terminate to the gulley under the utility room window. • To fit a Worcester Bosch magnetic system filter. This will protect the boiler and system long term from the effects of sludge damage and will allow the warranty to be extended to 8 years warranty till 2025. • To carry out electrical works to electrically cross bond the incoming gas and water services to the property to current standards. • To fit new controls including a Grundfos UPS2 25/80 pump, pump valves, two Honeywell zone valves, Honeywell RF room thermostat, Danfoss RF cylinder thermostat, Honeywell frost thermostat, Honeywell ST programmer, Honeywell wiring centre and a Honeywell automatic bypass valve. • To fit a new hot water cylinder of size 1200mm x 450mm complete with a new immersion heater and shower flange. To extend a 22mm common cold feed & vent from the header tank and connect to the cylinder return in the airing cupboard. To fit a 3 bar PRV to the boiler flow pipe in the garage. • To fit new Honeywell thermostatic and lockshield radiator valves throughout the property except the hallway radiator which will be fitted with manual valves to comply with current Building Regulations. • To extend a new 28mm gas supply from the meter and run under the metal beam across the garage to the position of the new boiler. • To carry out a hot flush, with Sentinel X800 Jetflo cleaner and X100 inhibitor to the complete heating system. • On completion thoroughly commission the heating system in full accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, completing the Benchmark Installation Commissioning and Service Record Log Book, which includes cleansing the system with Sentinel restorer and finally adding Sentinel Protector, which together with all the manufacturers’ literature will be handed to you for safe keeping and future reference, including issuing a Gas Safety Certificate. • To register the new boiler for an 8 year warranty including all parts and labour till 2025. (the boiler will require servicing annually by INSTALLATION company to validate). • The job would take approximately 6 days to complete. • A new boiler could save you up to £340.00 per year on your gas bill. • We are offering an extended warranty as a Worcester Accredited Installer free of charge that could save you around £1,440 on breakdown costs.

i paid over £3,000 installation and part new from VHS with 10 years on the vaillant boilers, and and then it went downhill. my heaters won't warming up, they came down three times, I paid £400 out of my own pocket to get a flash service done, which I paid for. and then Valley heating services told me you have 10 years warranty on labour and parts, when I rang up the boiler company, they tell me I've only got 2 years warranty on this. I will never trust this company again as if so many lies

The engineer that fitted the boiler was brilliant but was let down by their office. An extra radiator I asked for never made it on to the order. It took a month to get the electrician to come and wire it in properly. Calls to head office result in being told they will ring you back. They never do. Receipts and paperwork from the office never arrive.

Simple boiler service and the engineer found a problem/leak with our outside meter. Helped us sort it out with National Grid and then came back to finish the service. A big thank you to Kieran.

The old boiler was replaced by a new, smaller energy efficient boiler. It was installed quickly as the installers had second job in afternoon. They switched it on and the radiators and water got hot downstairs. After they left, I noticed I could not close my back door as the outside pipe was in the way of the door closing. But much worse then this is that only the radiators downstairs are getting hot. I have called 3 times and never had a return call. I have been told by a plumber to bleed the radiators and then find a balance between all of them. I have tried but with minor success. This is not my job to do. The old boiler worked fine and we are already dreading the thought of winter. My child of under 16 and I live alone in home. We expected just a fully functioning boiler as we had before. It's a shame as boiler is good. If only the installers had spent 1 hour more and left the property knowing all was working fine.

I had to make several calls to arrange a confirmed service on my boiler with continual mix ups dates from your advisors and finally being offered one out of the blue for next day when I had already made arrangements for one offered on another date. I trust that if I ever have a breakdown on my boiler during the warranty period that a far better service is available. After all the dust had settled and the engineer finally arrived he spent about 10 minutes servicing my boiler which I found puzzling as someone who has been involved in the servicing aspect of various machines during my working life. This service schedule includes also the checking and cleaning of the Adey filter on my system. Perhaps the service is a simple process which I am unaware off but it certainly was very quick. If I decide to use a qualified corgi firm/engineer next time ( British Gas or similar) the boiler requires servicing would this make my 10 year warranty invalid or do I have to remain with your company during this period. Two years ago we had a new boiler from Valley. The service, fitting and after care has been very good. Should we need a new boiler[?!] we will have no concerns about asking Valley to do the job!

A new boiler was due to be fitted on 26/10/17 and I was told would all be completed within one day. They did not turn up on or the following re-arranged day. Did come 1/11 but stated pipe missing and could not be done, a senior engineer came in the afternoon and found the pipe within 5 minutes. Failed to turn up on 3 further appointments and eventually came on 8/12 but failed to bring radiator thermostats. Phone call following morning requesting full payment to which I refused until job completed. The lady did not know the job incomplete as the engineer had not told anybody, but still wanted payment. Appt 6/11 did not turn up 10/11 turned up but said needed 2 people. 27/11 did not turn up. 8/11 one person turned up and said did not need 2 people and fitted the thermostats. I also asked him to help me with the thermostat to which he replied the one fitted was rubbish and he would recommend a different one. When I spoke to the senior customer services officer she stated I would have to pay for a different thermostat. Early on I complained to the salesman who said a director would keep an eye on the job, in spite of requests at the phone to speak to somebody in authority I was told the most senior person was the customer services supervisor who was totally unsympathetic to the problems, inconvenience, stress and cold I had to endure. I was sent a receipted invoice for the deposit I paid which was not franked or stamped and I had to go to the Royal Mail Office and pay £2-00 to collect. I demanded a reduction in the bill for the inconvenience and they eventually agreed £70-00 compensation. I told them I would settle the bill when I received the invoice and I eventually received a letter demanding the balance and giving me 7 days from the date of the letter to settle or the debt would be passed to a debt collection agency. I received the letter 10 days after the date on the letter and immediately rang them who said they had to make this threat to comply with the law but they had not yet transferred the debt. I am still waiting for the confirmation of the 12 year guarantee as all the paperwork states the boiler is only covered for 10 years in spite of all the sales literature and salesman stating it was guaranteed for 12 years. I would recommend avoid this company.

First appointment no show and NO phone call, when I phoned to ask where engineers were at 11.15am was told he was sick and whole office ill and no time to call me to advise even though I was the only installation they had to cancel that day. Illness happens but NO excuse not to advise me - I had taken day off work! New appointment over a week later. All girl kept saying was I do apologise and didn't seem to get that someone should have made the effort to call me. Over a week later engineers fitted new boiler, they were on time , polite and clean. When they left discovered heating wouldn't turn off, had to manually turn boiler off for heating to go off. Complete debacle what happened next! Too much to put in a review, I will be sending a complaint to the head of excellence - judging by reviews on here there is no excellence!! I have no complaint with engineers even though they forgot to take out a simple wire which lets controls speak to boiler. Its the office staff in the operations department, they don't have any understanding of boilers and only seem to be trained to say "I do apologise". I was left to continually phone the company - no one got back to me from the office. The problems were finally resolved by lovely engineer called Richard calling me and he sorted out an electrician and had a great customer service focus!! The girls in the office need better training, on simple boiler and control operations, (I seem to know more about these then them) communication and need to be more focused and seem interested in the customers. Its nearly a month since all this went on and no still one has bothered to ring from the office and ask if my problem was resolved - funny thing was the lovely engineer Richard rang and inquired. Shame on whoever runs this company - do you not look at your reviews? - do you not care? - please feel free to contact me and enquire about my experience and how you can improve!!!

Very poor customer service, made 4, yes 4 appointments for them to come and service the boiler they fitted. Each time a no show, they didn't have the common decency to call and say they weren't coming - just didn't turn up.

VHS provided a first class product (Vaillant Eco TEC Pro 30 boiler) which was fitted by two very polite and professional fitters. All at an extremely competative price and on time. No hesitation in recommending this company after the service we received.

I had a complete central heating system installed by VHS - can't fault the work, the communication was very good especially the surveyor. The work was done with a minimum of fuss, very professional, very clean work. Would definately recommend Valley Heating

I have tried to arrange my first year service with your company and on three arranged dates the engineer has not turned up and for the most part I have been left here waiting until late afternoon until I finally contacted your office. On the third occasion I did find out by lunchtime that the engineer wasn't going to get here. I have now put three days aside out of my busy schedule for this. I have written to the Managing director and had no reply and have have asked to be put through to customer services who were allegedly busy. They were contacted by one of your employees to contact me but nothing. No reply from your MD and no contact with your customer services/complaints department. My fourth day is booked for the service. I don't hold out any hopes of someone turning up!!! What more can I say. Totally frustrated and very annoyed that the engineer has ben unable to attend on the dates scheduled. apparently your company said he wasn't answering to their calls. I cannot believe e that someone working in this situation didn't have a mobile contact. What would have happened in an emergency situation Am considering going on social media to talk about my experience.

The plumber didn't wire the electrics in properly and forgot to turn tne filter on.It was working when he left, but 2 hours later stopped working.!!! I tnen had to wait until Monday for the Vailant plumber to put it right. On Tuesday the Vailant electrician came and wired it in correctly,so I was 3 days without heating or hot water. Also when he put the new thermastic control on the radiator in my bedroom it leaked all through the to my through lounge staining all the wallpaper.
