I ordered Dell printer cartridges and they arrived in a timely manner along with a warning about the printer saying they wouldn't work which was done in a very humorous manner. I've shared it with several people and said I like this company because they have a sense of humor.

I have ordered from Abacus27-7.com several times over the past couple of years and they always have the best prices with timely shipping!

I ordered three small items and only one item was shipped. The invoice did not say the the other two items were back ordered, it looked as though every thing was shipped. I was very disappointed that the container only had one of the items that I had ordered.

In past received delivery from Dell in as little as two days.

Cartridge for Canon was defective and they ignored all my emails, after years of buying cartridges I will NEVER buy from them again.

I started out having a problem with PayPal thru eBay and couldn't place my order - emailed Abacus24-7 and they answered right away - I purchased directly from their site - you can pay by PayPal, GoogleCheckout, Amazon.com, or credit card - super customer oriented - shipped FAST - will definately use them again.

I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with Abacus 24-7 definitely deserves one. I purchased a charger for my IPOD from Abacus 24-7. I received the product quickly, and the price was great. Unfortunately, through no fault of Abacus, the charger was faulty and damaged two IPOD Nano's before we realized what was wrong. Abacus responded quickly to my request via both phone and email. Each email I sent to clarify what happened was responded to promptly by their customer service staff.

Abacus agreed to reimburse the cost of my damaged IPOD and also reimbursed the shipping costs and the cost of the charger itself.

Sean Ohara at Abacus was very professional and even wrote a letter of apology for the problems with the charger.

As a retailer, Abacus stood behind the product they sold and compensated me for not just the equipment they sold but also the equipment damaged by the charger. You cannot ask for more than that.

I highly recommend Abacus for their integrity and professionalism.

For 5 or 6 years dealing with Abacus has been a great service experience with no problems plus great priced compatible ink products for my Cannon Printer as they are my only retailer for ink!

My ink order from Abacus24-7 arrived 7 days after I completed my online order via US Mail. Package was in good condition. Instructions for cartridge installation were included but not needed as I've installed many cartridges in my printer. I would order from Abacus24-7 again as long as they keep their prices competitive.

I got my ink but looks like someone opened the package and took one out. call you guys and they took care of it by replacing the stolen one out of the package. I think you need to pack your items alot better so NO ONE get in the package and remove any items. ASTRONGER ENVOLP would be better

I have been very pleased with my dealings with Abacus 24-7. The ink cartridges work well with my printer and their prices...although still high...are much more reasonable than I can find anywhere else and fit my budget much better.
